No 1 fraud builders. Please please don’t buy any house from them. You will be feeling life long.

Four Square Builders Did not complete Windsor square Madipakkam property as promised. 1. No Lift was installed 2. No Proper Parking space was provided 3. They went to build the third floor of the building with out approval 4. None of apartment outside completion work was done including painting, floor tiles, compound wall, grill doors on the stair case.5. Plumbing work was in poor condition and you can see water leaking all over the place 6. They blocked a 13 foot drive away for their personnel purpose leaving no area for cars to park 7. In the area which was promised was gym, play area, sand pit, they built an office for themselves In spite of multiple follow ups and gentle request, builder ( Mr. Nelson Samuel ) never responded to any requests. I would highly recommending not buying any of their properties. These complaints have been reported for more than five years

Very good flat promoters

Just looked at 2 year old Eldora square, built by Foursquare developers near Velachery railway station. It was pathetic. No name board display, Ground floor looks like garbage!!! Water was leaking everywhere.
