I have purchased a Flat in AKB’s Akshada in Chrompet recently. Good Location, Economic construction and Prompt delivery. Decent quality with few glitches occasionally. Some more basic amenities like lights, Grill Gate, etc could have made in this ready to move flat. The services were really excellent. This is Satheeshkumar.V from AKB Hamlin, AKB Hamlin is the first property i bought.So, i reviewed the Sale deed , Construction agreement like anything, even Mr. Ashish told me that Sir, you are the only person reviewing this much, and he said i want to say you one thing Sir, Mr. Ashish told me that You Can Trust Us and You Can Believe Us Sir. I stopped reviewing the docs, because these type of words, we can hear only from Honest and Good People.Mr Ashish guided and helped me in arranging the loan from LIC within short span of time.Received the receipts immediately from Mr. Ashish for the payments, i had made as per the payment process.Received the call from Mr Ashish saying that Sir, we had received your registered Sale Deed, Construction agreement & MOD from the registration office, docs are ready at our AKB office, Please come and collect once your are free. I collected the registered Sale Deed, Construction agreement & MOD from Mr Ashish in the next 30 minutes.Received the Original Property tax, Underground Drainage, Photo copy of Common water tax bills, which was paid by AKB Developers and Promoters initially.Electricity Bill was paid by AKB Developers and Promoters for nearly 1 and 1/2 years for entire AKB Hamlin till we formed the Association. Im Chandrasekar. I bought an apartment at Ankush in Madambakkam Chennai. Though the process of guidance was good, in future, I would request the AKB promoters to help buyers with name transfer of EB as it was left to the buyer. Also the initial CC deposit amount when the EB connection was in name of the builder prior to the name transfer should have been paid by the promoter as it is the duty of the promoter prior to hand over.

I decided to buy a house in AKB Akshaya chrompet, I paid in advance and Went to see Legal.The problem is revealed.Advocate advised me to cancel because the legal was not clear.The akb boss has said that Advance cannot be returned if cancel.The cruelty to me.

Guys Before buy ask everything proper way with proof. Checkout detailed construction. Still we cant able to compete our issues with akb

I had purchased an apartment in AKBs Concord at Sholinganallur in 2016. Iam an investor and have many apartments purchased from different builders in different locations. AKB Developers & Promoters are definitely one of the very good builders i have dealt with. The property is very good and all the rooms and halls are very spacious making it worth the money. Very well planned and executed. All the papers and documentation were crystal clear. I booked the flat the very next day i saw the site and after checking the documents. Was more than satisfied and worry-free. Quality of the construction is also great. Havent had any problems in last 2 years. Customer service in the last 2 years has been good. They still attend to the minor complaints and fix it whenever possible.Definitely, a big thumps up to this builder. They have been doing a great job. Keep up the good work @AKB.Thank you.
