On the first floor. Standard prestige showroom. Not at all crowded. Salesperson friendly and knowledgeable.Only problem is finding parking nearby as the showroom is on the busy Arcot Road.

Worthless unprofessional sales girls full waste of money no customer care

I have been here many times either for a pressure cooker or a water kettle. Honest guy in the store. Helps out with the price range, model availability and in general any offers in Prestige. He even helped me in clearing a promotional event which was organized by some other dealer who kept disturbing us by making us believe we got some gift worth 30k something and pleading us to come to their dealership. We usually know the drill. They will convince us to come and finally say you have to spend a specific amount of money and then they will provide a gift. But really we have no idea on how my purchase details at Prestige reached these promotional compaigners. Beware.

Branded shop. They dont sell all models of Prestige. Only limited models are available. Friendly staff. Gives details and price over phone. Shop is located on first floor. Narrow steps. Need to be careful while walking. No dedicated parking. Need to park on the roads.

No offer. No much collection.Not explaining about product details. So we simply moved to butterfly products shop that is in ground floor in the same building. Prestige shop staffs also not interested to stop us . :-)

Do not buy Prestige products. They concentrate only on advertisements. Product quality is very bad. Their gas cylinders are very bad. Butterfly is a much better manufacturer.

Staff quality could be better. Also no. of staff could be more to handle the rush hour customers especially because most customers are required to stand & loiter.

Home kitchen appliances shop. Small shop. Low price. Discount going on season. Prestige all product available and service also done here.

No new items , I dont know why prestige has opened this shop. Good for nothing. Customers are treated as rouge
