Very worst management.. The price of Kohaler and toto is too high here. Dont purchase here. Hygree products are duplicate one. More than 10 months you cant use any Hygree product. They said its Thailand product but its not true. Its all delhi product.

Have had a terrible experience with these guys when I had purchased few Kohler fittings for our bathroom.1) After receiving payment for a Kohler bathtub they had not placed the order with Kohler for more than 15 days and I was not informed of the same2) I had to follow up with them for the delivery of the products and they were giving inconsistent responses on delivery timelines and delays3) After a months long time they had delivered a bathtub which I had not ordered for !!!4) They had missed one connector accessory for water closet and now they are not picking my callExtremely bad sales and service.
