Very poor employee service. The employee name Raja Muhammed was not giving proper answer for any question and he was just smiling for each and every questine I ask and was bit rude in providing respective answer. I asked him to share his manager number, first he said, manager is out of station and later he was asking me to come and meet the manager whenever the manager is availabe in the Poonamallee shell petrol pump. Since I was continously asking for the managers number, he showed another employee and told me that he is the manager. The second employee name is Neelamegam. Then Neelamegam was arguing with me saying that he is a manager and they cannot give owners number or managers number. Finally they said go and do whatever I want and asked me to call to the customer care and complaint. No one answered in the customer care number and they all were giving arogant smiling by seeing my situation. Henceforth will not go again to that petrol pump for fuel filling.

Arrogant and heartless staff. I took my electric bike to fill air. The guy filing air was behaving so rudely ( 6.45am 11 October 2021) and arrogant. He said he cannot fill air for e-bikes.I then walked to their office and informed Munneshwaran ( billing section) and asked why the person denied. He initally said the nossle may be different. When I said its the same nossle as car and bike and have filled it in other bunks. He finally said he cannot help/ support. I said I will add a review and walked away. He was just not bothered.When whole of India and world are going green. This petrol bunk staff are just not bothered. Not sure what shell means on their website Protecting the environment, reducing waste and making a positive contribution to biodiversity . When their staff do not abide to it and dont respect clients.

Poor customer service.I insisted on adding my shell go customer points. But the service Guy didnt properly add the gained points.Also they dont inform you about app offers.Always check shell app and use the offers.

Air filling is free, but sucks. In case you are not the first in the queue, its a guarantee that it will take ages to get the air in your vehicle filled.Had bad experiences 2 times in the last 1 year. Fortunately, I was in the front of the queue both times.Theres a nice shop where you can have coffee and buy snacks like chocolates, cool drinks, alcohol free beer, chips, etc.This time I filled Super petrol and I feel that my Honda unicorns performance has improved, though it was priced at 113/litre.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.....I am editing my review....They operate only 2 pumps for bikes (normal & v-power) even thos theyre many unused pumps (atleast4), even though no one is in the vpower line and the normal line is crowded they dont care about it.... This happens everytime of the day ... Even during peak hours ... Really bad management and really bad marketing to push theyre v-power sales .....If your in a hurry/ trying to reach your office on time .... Avoid this bunk at all cost ......

Not just words wen people say that shell provide the best quality fuel.. its really worth t.. and they also have started the shell go+ app where u cud redeem points gained after fuelling.. and do get the quality products needed for your vehicle..

One of the best petrol pump, Good customer service, shell able to maintain their international decorum here in india too, they do provide car wash and engine oil replacement without any service charges and free air filling also. Car wash is it costly still it worth for that money, they have 5 gas station and the v-power petrol is costly compared to normal one, which they keep insist you to fill.

Shell has been here for years. It is a huge petrol bunk on the mainroad. This place has petrol, Diesel, Oil change, and even water wash services. They have a store inside the bunk for some quick snack and coffee. The only problem with shell is their petrol or diesel price is a rupee or two higher than any other normal petrol pumps. Their staff are courteous and insist that we get down from the vehicle when we fill the tanks. They greet you before serving and make sure the bill is issued for each customer.

The cafe inside this petrol bunk is surprisingly awesome! High rise chairs, good food and well thought of interiors makes this a super chill hang out place. 😄

Good petrol filling station with very good staffs. They offer free engine oil checkup and refill done here. Also mini cafeteria deli2go is there for your refreshment. Free air filling also done here.

First time in last 9 years had bad experience. First the fuel filling person repeatedly pushing for v power diesel at 96 inr which I dont like, he dint closed the fuel lid after filling. He dint bother to ask windscreen washing. Next in the counter the cashier was harsh and replies r not responsible after I said go shell app to be used. Shell is not giving free fuel for membership. Its a benefit thats it. I will continue shell but not this branch anymore while going Bangalore.

Become my only fuelling place in Chennai, dont mind traveling few Kilometres to reach out to this place.Feel complete every time visiting here after shoping my favourite chats and cool drinks and also fuelling. Place is fine, But after the start of restaurant(shell select) chain on the premises, parking space become an issue for people who are all filling air. People purchasing on the shell select, Parking there vehicle on the air filling station.

One of the best place and ideal place for me to refill my bike and car. Always prefer this, since its clean and maintained properly. Also spacious with mini market for all travel needs. Only u can use 100 rs of fuel freely when u purchase 10000.Its just promition. Quality fuel means Shell, no doubt. But here the staff are also very friendly and helpful. The store and cafe items are also replenished frequently. And they do have good collection of Oils as well. They used to have a car wash earlier, but now it is closed. When enquired they said automatic car washing gonna come up soon. If that comes then this bunk will have everything.

Visit this shell outlet regularly for my petrol and diesel fill ups, quality of the fuel is way ahead of the govt brands , my cars give 10 to 15% more milage/ liter when shell is used , another plus is that the quantity dispensed is accurate, would any time recommend this brand of petro products, finally the only minus point is that there are a very few outlets in chennai and one has to travel far for the petrol and diesel.

This was my place for filling petrol few years ago. When my car was new, i used to go this place. I liked the way they welcome people and systematic work. I liked the way they do windshield cleaning while filling. Once i did my car complete body wash here at nominal cost. I bought few Ferrari toy cars here.
