Their approach wasnt bad but pricing was the major issue. They didnt weigh the luggage on a weighing machine and wrote down approximate weights (which were more than actual). Had to give additional charge (which was again higher) for loading and unloading.But their charges are far better than other well known courier services who charge Rs50 - 80 per kg. They charge around Rs. 12 which is far better and affordable.Initially, the representative who contacted told that theyll provide the carten boxes if required and later asked to collect it from their office which is again far away from our location. They charge extra 1500 if the destination is out of their service area (ie, few kilometers like 12km). It took few more days to reach the destination.
