Two words - Stay away! I believed the owners reputation and booked for a marriage photography spending so much money but found out during the wedding they send amateurs and inexperienced people because of the demand who don’t know the basics, they are just a hype, better to book a local photographer who would at least would deliver some value and have some work ethic.They never respond to any queries and do not really care once they get your money, you would never get your album developed. These guys are just flying on the recent fame and are bound to fall very soon if they don’t improve their overall service delivery. Never ever again. Poor and pathetic service.

It has been more than a year they have not yet provided me with the wedding video . They have been unresponsive whenever we try to contact them . Never seen such a pathetic service . The least they can do is respond so that we know what is happening but they don’t do that . I am not a person to put negative reviews but this place deserves it.

There is miscommunication which arises sometimes. Since they take upon wide range of orders, they revert back little late. But if patient, and given their time, their work is good. Mr. Ajay is a humble person.

I got to know Shadows through my friends referral. But I was damn sure to choose them when I spoke to Ajay for the first time. They truly deserve 5 stars because I have been thanking my lucky stars about selecting them as the official photographer and videographer at my wedding ceremony and that reception. One was an intimate function at my parents home and the other was held at Taj Coromandel. Ajay and his team perfectly captured the spirit of both in their respective settings. Whether it was during the requirement discussion, the price negotiation, the event coverage or the album handover, the Shadows team showed exemplary professionalism and creativity. *Great experience*I came to know about Shadows photography through my ex-fiancé who is now my husband. :DBefore our marriage and reception, he assured me saying his friend Mani would do justice to our photos with his skills and resources.
