Very poor service. Always deliver the medicines what they think. Never listen to the customer. Tansi nagar , Velachery branch giving very poor service. Disappointing

Iam writing this on 10th April 2021.The WORST PALCE TO ORDER ANYTHING.I ORDERED FOR MY URGENT IV INJECTION 10DAYS BACK AND I FOLLOWED UP 3 DAYS AS WELL. THE MANAGER, SRINATH PROMISED HE WILL GET IT.....BUT DIDNT CALL EVEN PREVIOUS NIGHT TO SAY THE INJECTION DIDNT COME. I MISSED THEVDATE ON WHICH I HAD TO TAKE IT.IF ATALL POSSIBLE , CLOSE THIS DAMN PLACE FOREVER......UNTRAINED AND JUNIOR GUYS THERE, DONT KNOW WHERE WHICH MEDICINES ARE KEPT...........

Selected 1 star since no other option to post. Actually want to give negative star. Worst and pathetic service. Worst handling of customer. No knowledge on Meds. Suggest not to use this pharmacy.

Terrible service in this Apollo pharmacy. Pl don’t rely on them especially when there is an emergency and you need meds delivered to your doorstep while living just 300m away!!! They do not take any effort to make life easy for a patient in dire need and they took more than 1 hour after repeated calls (atleast 10 follow up calls) before they were finally gracious enough to attend to the needs of a customer / patient!!! And the best is that they will all go to lunch at one time so basically no one tends to your needs in their so called forever - “lunch breaks”!!!!Staff is the worst and most of them are inexperienced and do not even have basic knowledge of pharma as they don’t understand the names of meds written on prescriptions.And If by any chance you go there directly to the shop to buy meds, the billing takes forever !!!!! The inexperienced staff just makes things worse especially at using the computer. They also don’t have easy ways of payment like Google pay and insist on using cash or cards when the entire world is moving away to a cashless transaction!!!Thanks Apollo 🙏🏼for the mind blowing service and absolute lack of customer obsession!!! Maybe the last time I will ever purchase anything from this place!!!

They do food adulteration. I got a lactogen stage one for my one month old baby. The powder was little yellow in color. It was not mixing well in the water. The water and the powder were clearly visible separately while pouring in the feeding bottle. I had a doubt and got packet of lactogen from another shop. That milk powder was white in color and was very well soluable in water. Pls dont buy any product from them. Especially for babies and kid.

There are 3 peoples working in the pharmacy and just chatting in the mobile...am only one customer inside the pharmacy asking for tablets nearly 5 min am standing they didnt answering properly simple sitting and chatting in mobile..pls dont go to this pharmacy in urgent situation....very very very very very worst fit for nothing ..

I got wrong product, I ordered womens horlics and got junior horlics. When I called the delivery boy hes not responding properly. I tried calling the store, bt they are not receiving call. My order no is 247082529 from Apollo Pharmacy 15619-VELACHERY TANSI NAGAR store. Pls take your wrong product back and give me correct one or refund the money

The pharmacy is maintain well two counters available the guy was very patient with us he explained us the medicines Paytm is accepted here and the overall feel is good here

One the worst pharmacies you can visit. Promise to get you the meds by evening but keep changing the delivery time and after repeated calls they tell you that they may get it the next day. Customer service at the store is poor. Extremely inefficient staff and lack knowledge of the medicines.

Useless response

The pharmacy is better than the other apollo pharmacies. Went here to buy a compression band for the ankle and calf combined which was not available in any other stores near velachery and taramani. They were kind enough to exchange as the left and right were mismatched. It is located on the service road in Tansi nagar.
