My first purchase was way above expectation. My order date and delivery date was exactly the same then imagine the delivery speed of them. Kudos to Mr Thiru and his team

I had ordered pet food from them. I made the online payment my money got deducted and all. But the order is not showing in my order history. N as I have seen I am not the only one with the same problem.I tried contacting them through Google chat service, mailed them, whatsapped them, called them through whatsapp as their number is always switched off, messaged them on their website, messaged on Instagram but they dont respond to anything. Their contact number is also constantly switched off. I doubt they are a genuine company.

Worst customer support service. I placed the order and recieved the payment receipt but in my account it shows that theres no orders placed. I tried all the ways to reach out to them, there was no response from their end. They didnt respond through customer care chat, calls, whatsapp, mail, and instagram. My last resort was to take it through social media so I commented on one of their latest post because they were pretty active on their social media handles. I have never come across such a bad customer support. It is so bad they they dont respond through any of those platforms incase a customer has an issue. If the whatsapp number and mail isnt working properly then why do they still have on their website saying please reach out to us incase you have order related queries. I am so done because I tried reaching out to them in every possible way. They should first handle their customer support team and train them to attend the customer queries. I have paid and placed the order and its their duty to show the status of our order or atleast send the confirmation that the order has been placed.Very much disappointed by the way this company is handling their support team.My request please update your customer support, contact number and mail ID incase they arent working.Ps. The issue is resolved and the matter is taken seriously hence reconsidering my review. Thankyou for considering the issue seriously and taking the right action @Petsnpets.
