Many products are available but staff working there mostly do not know the products. Some of them are experienced and well knowledgeable. By luck if they are there in the shop, we will get the right products. Otherwise its going to be a long time wait where the staff will be worried how to say they dont know what we are asking for and they will be attending other customers or simply ignore us hoping someone else will attend us.

The best place in Chennai to get all sorts of aquascape and pondscape related products and accessories.. they mostly concentrate on wholesale sales and the sales people could be a little better informed and informative. New customers are not treated properly and are not given much importance! 5 stars for products and cost... But customer service is almost at zero! Need a lot of improvements!

Since they are the biggest in the whole area, they even bother or care for the customer! If you like take ir otherwise leave it is the attitude! I spent almost 15mts in the shop for checking out tanks and the complete set up! But none ever bothered to serve us when I asked a lady in the shop who was working she just replied in one word and continue to do her work! There are many other small shops who does the job better! Range is very high, shop is mainly for the accessories not for the fish. However they do sell Koi, Flowerhorn, Red parrot and few other fishes, aquarium tanks and its complete equipments are available. Do not expect someone from the shop to assist you or guide you, it is very busy shop and they hardly can show hospitality. Recomended shop if you want to buy quality products.

I would have given 5 stars,reason is its a big shop and customers would love to go around n see the awesome stuff they have ,but its not allowed ..I have been to this show from a very young age ,I have seen them grow ,from fresh water to high-end marine stuff, name it n it there .well there is the guy Mr Vincent ,very helpful person knows the stuff in n out . Tell him ya budget n he will gve u the required stuff 4 the same .

A place where you can get all the products for an aquarium with a huge options to choose from. They have almost everything you need for an aquarium. Only thing I strongly suggest you not to buy is their Planted Aquarium contra soil. Which is not nutrient rich and wont sustain your planted Aquarium for long. One more issue is as like mentioned in other reviews because of the size of the shop and the influx of customers, they are not able to and also dont treat their customer in a friendly manner. Its just like they dont care if you buy a product or not.

The shop entrance is itself like a marine park with so many aquariums with a variety of different species of fishes. The main attractions here are 1. The huge Arowana fish which is almost 3feet long is a real treat to the eyes and 2. The aquarium with the marine fishes.
