Few days before I went here for webcam colour fluctuation during auto focus. They said its normal and started explaining why it happens and after sometime somehow they gave me replacement. Now it works perfectly.Am writing this mainly to inform that not all customers are layman who dont know anything. You guys can have technical knowledge but do understand customer user experience.
Service was very good and satisying. I went to replace my USB headphones and Webcam , No irrelevant questions,, No delay, No waiting. Details were collected and asked to wait .just waitied for 1 minute and my name was called with a brand new Headphones and webcam.Make sure you take your invoice (hardcopy) and the product with warranty sticker on it.
Thier customer service was nice...they are friendly with their customers..i was there to clam my warrenty on 10 days old pc SMPS..they replaced it within 2 mints..and they being the same with other customers too

Went to the same shop thrice to get my zebro headphone... Lunch time is 1.30 to 2 pm... But they stop delivering products from 1pm itself. Without hardcopy DC they wont deliver product.. Even with soft copy too. Everything be come digital but still they need hard copy.
Nowadays they are replacing the produced ASAP.. almost in the same day. Good
Very worst to the core! recently got a exchange for my zebronics crystal pro(red) web cam but on next week it too got repair how many times we customers could come over to you?
They Have serviced My Product Within two hours and Gave it back 2 me after all RMA process was very very simple. They have Gud ambience They have provided waiting hall Air conditioner Cooling water. The peoples also very Very Gud they handled the customers with polite manners.And the Gud news is they are taking back their products at scrap price.

I bought this product on 6th Mar 2021 and the button between the volume up and down is not working properly, on 9th April 2021 I visited the Service Center and they provided a very old piece as replacement and I requested for a fresh piece, but they said only old is available with them.My suggestion is not to go for Zeb Zoom and it is not worthy for money.

Got my products exchanged Quality is good and services provided in a very short period (For Minor Problems) . But got an old stock of headphones instead of new running one . Leaving that the staffs and all other things are great 👍

My Zee buddy bluetooth speaker got problem and it was within warranty period they just solved it by 25 minutes good service.
The do the service on the very moment you give the product to them. But there will be no transperancy whatsoever. You just have to trust them completely even if you dont wish to.
Im surprised Zebronics is one of the reputed brands in India. The service centre in Chennai looks like a wine shop people standing in queue behind the shutter. Cant they afford even a spacious office?Now, Im wondering should I ever buy a Zebronics product anymore. Zebronics please do something and this damages your brand image.

Service centre in chennai is very worst. It doesnt have any parking lot. After went to service centre Im thinking like we cant buy any zebronics product any more.
Huge scam going inside....in the name of replacement they scam with serviced products...But as far as the service apart from replacement its good.
Con - Too much and crowd and took too much Roma to attend .Pro - But they replaced the new product immediately without any hesitation.
Zebronics bluetooth is waste in my experience
I bought a zebronics headphone(Zeb Shadow) from a Adyar Electronics, Chennai and one side speaker and mic not working on the second day itself. Adyar electronics people asked me to approach the service center in the Richi Street, Chennai. They got it serviced. But it again failed to function. The kind of fix they provided is very bad. The price for which I bought this is ₹600. But the money spent(transportation to visit service center) to get it fixed has become morethan ₹600. The product is worthless. I would not suggest to buy this product!!!!

Spent less than 10 minutes in service center. My mouse scroll button was not working, it was less than a year so warranty covered the service charges. And they fixed it in a jiffy! Had difficulty in spotting the service center since in the same building a zebronics wholesale shop is also present.It is located in richie street, so the usual rush, hustle bustle and littering is there so if you are expecting to enter a posh locality you are failed but the service is maintained well (in richie street standards)
