Called their office & got transferred to this woman. Woman just cut the call in the middle of the conversation (I was very polite and clear - I think she didnt understand english). Called again and was told their officers are busy and to call again in a few minutes. Thats fine but called again in a few minutes as requested and woman just cut the call again! Incredibly rude and unprofessional. The receptionist lady at least was trying to be helpful although the actual officers are awful.

I totally agree with the comments/feedback given by many. I have dealt with many embassies but sadly this has to be rated among the worst.The staff/lady (usha) has NIL CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, RUDE n tries to put off/shutdown queries with her “RUDE” behavior.Hope the High commissioner takes note of this as it reflects very poorly of the country Srilanka.

We people who goes to the Deputy commission for Renewal/Issuing and all sorts of formalities are not welcomed well. In orded to enter the Commission we have to wait outside the gate, only 3 to 4 chairs are given, atleast the commission can give us more chairs or put benches. Yes we know that its because of Covid or Security but are we just waiting outside, standing for hours just to pay you a huge fees? Please give proper chair or benches for guests. If we are listening to all your laws, listen to ours too.

The consulate dose not have seating arrangement for people to wait. Just few available only for applicants . peopel stand in the platform. Consulate should consider provideing space to sit . Basic humane nature. Very bad attitude.
