Old dreary place . Looks like it was built in the colonial British times . Maintained well but one cant help but think of of a pre 1990s india when looking at it . Both the inside and outside look like nothing has changed for about 50 years . Museum inside is intresting , we can see how communication technology developed for past 100 years . Lots of old machines inside . Quite interesting to look at , and further adding to the feel of an india of the 60s and 70s .

Best place for telecom thirst...A fulfilled training

The training is excellent.Place is in Maraimalai nagar.Easy to go by train.Less costly for traveling.Has good and large classrooms with Ac.Our trainer was Rajesh Kannan sir who taught us Soo well that it got stuck in our mind.He taught us and clarified our doubts individually by spending his expensive time and busy schedule.We did real time project on Network security.Our project is titled asMitigating unauthorized network access by packet inspection.We got completion letter and certificate also after our project completion.We had 2 months training.Overall we are very satisfied with our trainer sir and also with our project.

The training center of BSNL is located near to Maraimalai Nagar Railway Station. We have done our final year project from this center. The training was really good and useful. I would like to thank Mr Rajesh Kannan, SDE who was our mentor for our project. He taught us with lot of patience from basic till the advanced level depending upon our project. They also provided vehicle to pick up amd drop to nearby Railway Station and bus stop. We spent a good quality time and learned networking very well. Overall it was a memorable two months of experience.
