Good service but they dont respond on the phone call. I have replaced my screen @Rs. 1730 only for honor 9 lite. So its a good deal, instead buying a new mobile. Honor product is good hardware and software. But they stopped selling mobile phones in medium and low end models. I waiting for honor mobiles.

Good one. Easily notice location by drive. Covid safeties must. Am going for replacing my mobile battery 🔋. Within one hour my job was done here. Most of the job was done within a hour only. Nice experience with staffs. Polite behaviour. Sometimes Huawei/Honor service offers also available. You can check it with Hi Care app or with the service center.

Anna Nagar, own service center is the best place to get screen replacements done in 30 mins. But b4 ur visit, make an appointment or call to ensure display spare availability. Even its far, if youre with in Chennai, worth to travel and get it fixed.

Very best place to give your Huawei phone for the service . They are doing it with love and care on their work . So we can blindly believe them and give our mobile for the service or any repair .The staffs are very kind and answered all the questions with lot of patience . The we very kind to the customers . I love this place .It just took around 20 mins to finish my mobile repair . They just did it with ease . I just liked it .

I was searching for honor view 10 mother board, It was not in stock in india. I called metropolitan cities . Then , I received call after a month stating that it is available for my enquiry which I left a month ago.i sent my phone to mysore to Chennai.they did. Avery good job. Mr.sharaveen is really humble and repaired the phone and sent back safely via courier. I really appreciate the work and I am thankful for the team here. They are really awesome.

Quick service if parts are available if not you need to wait for couple of days so call and check before going. Huawei doesnt offers international warrenty even for its serviced spare parts thats bad for peoples who purchased products outside India.

Explain very clearly the problems. And solved it too... The service guy too explained what the problem was and rectified it on the spot. Only for certain major problem. It will take 4 to 5 days...

Tried to call the service center couple of times. They never picked up the phone. They promised me that i will receive the bill through email Today I got the bill almost after a month

Back case- Stock not maintained for HONOR 8 PRO model, I have to wait for 4-5 days to get that cost about 5K.They are not picking the phone, cant able to communicate with the service centre.Update after using my phone over 6 month : I have tried with the head customer support manager and i got my spare they arranged after 1 month. now it is working well.... thanks for your response.total cost came around 4200K.

They lied me. My phone have Charging Issue Prob but they tell me Motherboard is dead so you have to change board and it cost of 8k Something but now 1offer is going so hou have to pay only 4k. So i return my phone. Pls dont go this Place. Waste of Time....

Yes, good staff, promptly attended to and issue resolved. All in a professional manner.Biggest drawback - dont have credit card machine. And most of their payments are in thousands.Place closes at 6 pm!!!No parking of course... As this place is adjacent to Santosh super store.

Very bad experience. I bought honor 8x just one month back and screen stopped working while watching hotstar after some flickering. I came here to service my phone. But they say my screen is at fault because of water and charge me 5000 rupees. These service centres find ways to void our warranty as I never put my phone in water. They can pour a drop of water during servicing or replace your new battery, mother board with faulty ones as repair is done out of your sight.
