Sharath master is undoubtedly world class. I am a tennis player who couldn’t play tennis for an year due to some personal commitments. So I got out of shape and wanted to badly get back into shape and reach the peak of my on court performance. This is when I met Sharath master. He inspired me, transformed me and got the best out of me. I have lost over 15 kgs in just 4-5 months, my muscle mass has considerably increased and my cardio is now in a whole new level.
