Attending the patients very quickly but treatment appointment after 6 months.I went with over pain today they given appointment after six months. Who can manange the pain for six months? They are not given a single tablet for pain.

Once upon a time, I hate going to government hospital but now a days, its clean, neat and well organised and more over its digital now. Though you have to stand in a queue to get the OP and even people are so coordinating that old age people can sit and get it with cool mind.Timings are : 7.30 am to 12.00 PM.Dont be in hurry to come early , come by 8 am to go smoothly with in an hour . X-Ray for teeth is where you have to sit for more than a hour if you are too far away.Medicines are good but not much effective but its government.Lets talk about doctors: they are not experienced but they learn from us. Most of the first lever will be a college student getting into the field of Dental. So be careful and select the right doctor with your maturity like how they care other patient or switch to other doctor.If you have any doubt, do ping me I will help you reach and guide you to take better treatment from government.Parking has ample space , so dont have to worry in such a crowded place.Thanks to Chennai city municipality for making it a best place for public to treat their teeth and smile happily.

If you really pre plan on doing something with your teeth and visit there, be sure nothing will happen. During the first round of the session Students will tell a thing to you as you meet them on the first floor and they write down something serious, mine was an full teeth x-ray later when I went for the second round to a senior/doctor on the ground floor he simply said YOU ARE CLINICALLY FINE he didnt even care to clean the stains on the teeth and just said it was common stain🤔 common man it is stain. And when I asked what about the student who sent me here his reply was THEY DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING

I went to the dentist and the therapist is doing really poorly to keep the students studying. if they go to the tooth, the mouth is sore.

Good maintanence for a Govt Hospital. Hospital is open on all days except Sunday. Open even on all Govt holidays. Rushed on Monday,Friday and Saturday. Prefer govt holidays. Opens at 7.30 am sharp. Treatment done till 1.30 pm (not sure). Emergency cases(related to teeth and facial structures) attended at other hours on all days.

Pleasant surprise on the service quality of a government hospital . And a costly procedures suggested by a private practise dentist costing 7k was not recommended and the same was treated with a simple filling. Speaks volume about the proper treatment. And it was a very clean and well maintained premises. Finished with just 30 rupees which happened to include my travel and my X-ray also.

I took my son to tooth filling. First day they checked and asked us to come another day for xray. We went another to take xray and showed the report. Dr informed us to come after one week. When my son went, they sent him back again and told him to come after one week. He got frustrated and not comfortable to go again. I forced him and sent again on early morning and the Dr gave some tablet and asked him come after one week. He is studying 10th std and he couldnt able to take leave frequently. This is what happens when Irresponsible idiots who becomes medical professionals.

The caring is good, there are lots of processes segregated in different departments so that you cant get a treatment immediately like all under one umbrella. You must visit the required places needed for processing and that to be in token form.Uneducated people doesnt know what to do when they are new to that hospitalYou cant get a treatment on a single day you need to be visiting many number of times depending upon requirement. You need to visit several number of blocks/Depts for a single problem.But they didnt accept bribes. They are serving first come first serve basis. Quality of treatment is also good but one thing is you must know your problem. You will be treated only for the problem what you explains even if they know any other problem there might be a chance that will not be disclosed and treated

I went to this place to fill my tooth on Nov 22, 2018 and i intially thought that they would take 5 hrs to fill my tooth. But all the process was over within a hour. I was so much and suprised. So i would recommend this Govt Dental Hospital to all the lower middle class people.

Despite of parking space available there is no car parking available inside premises and moreover it is no parking tow away zone along the sides of the road outside.

It was a horrible experience for myself. I was having severe tooth ache. And I have consulted already a private doctor twice. So they have instructed me to undergo root canal surgery.. but the amount they have said was shocking. So I preferred to go to govt hospital. First I have gone to general op.. suggested to take xray. I have done that too. After that they have asked to go to room no 22. They have suggested to go to the last corner. There 3 dentists ( for namesake, 3 stupid were sitting) were sitting like bahubali rajamatha. One in the middle asked me to go to seat no 4. 31st may morning 9.30 a.m , seat no 4 was handled by Ms. Girija . Worst behavior she had. She is not capable of being a dental surgeon. Malayala chechi Ms. Girija, if you have any personal fight with your staff, DT show that to patients first. She didnt see the X-ray, she asked me to wait outside. After 1 hour she came out and said, meet me on September 19th..And if u have pain, take this antibiotics she said.. what the f*#*# ??? Why should I come on Sept 19th. Even educated people is treated like this.. think about poor people of Tamil Nadu.. again I went to rajamatha, asked that why should I come on September 19th.. she said to ask ms.girija again I went to her, she said.. people who got appointment 4 months before only, undergoing root canal treatment now.. you came now Only, so you need to wait, and if you have pain , come by next week.. again I went to rajamatha and said the same.. again she and girija played basketball.. at last I have taken the video of their behavior and posted in Facebook..

One and only government dental college in tamilnadu but only 50-60% patients are getting good treatment.outside environment is very bad.canteen is available with quality food.No help to guide the patients for their needs.No ground is available for sporting activities.cleaning is very good.No separate parking areas are available.only parked under the tree.Lifts are available but not functioning properly.Biometric system is used for the attendance of doctors.Treatment quality is vary among the departments.

Very worst service. They are not treat patient they are wasting their time and also patients time. I think its my biggest fault. Ward number 22 is very worst. They did not respond to patients specially students are very worst. That students only work for marks. Not work for treatment of patients. I think not all students but some of there. I have went there today 12.june.18 but they are appointed to come December 12, 2018. Very fools. Just I am went for teath filling. But I have irritated over there. Really my biggest fault.
