The best place to get intense training. Its not only about fitness it includes core strengthening, flexibility, martial arts and crossfitness.

I have to give 5 star for the training methodology. It’s very intense which improves your stamina, endurance and core strength. Only one thing I felt a bit lacking is consistency of trainers. Trainers keep getting changed frequently.

I joined here for kick boxing, This is an excellent place to learn mma and build overall fitness, endurance, power etc..Trained by professionals who are always there for guidance, not like other places where they teach you once and leave you all alone, you can ask n number of times and they teach you and more importantly they help us push for more. Value for money.Compared to gym this is much better.
