Long kriya gives soothing effect both physically and mentally. Every Sunday morning is a rejuvenation. Situated in an apt locale and conducted by one of the best teachers I have ever come across it is a good medicine to stay a fresh amidst daily chores.
It is always a wonderful experience to me and my family doing group sadhana, pranayama and sudarshan kriya under the guidance of Raji AOL teacher every sunday morning. This centre is based in a prime locality with easy access to it. Indeed very rejuvenating to the body and mind every week.
