I mean...at a loss for words! I absolutely love the biriyani from anjappar ,it used to be the best but has come down to the bottom of the bin!! Very poor flavour and taste nowadays! This is not from a one time experience but very frequent!! Seriously disappointed! It feels like you dont care what you give to the people who eat your food!i hope you would improve!😒

We dined yesterday dinner food so good service is not up to mark we ordered soups waiter told not available all the soup the we ordered starters and biriyani he brought all together after we finish dinner I was looking menu for ordering dessert but no one came for taking order waiting for long

While paying the amount from food card on yesterday... swipe machine get battery drain... again some times they swiped multiple time... but in my account two time amount is detected... but still now I didnt receive amount..So sad... when I asked manager elango.. he showing the swiping machine your amount is failed two times... and he told that you can contact your bank.. but they didnt check there account balance.. whether amount is detect or not..Whom I need to ask...

Worst food and its already rotten. Tried reaching them thru phone but not responded. If you want to stay healthy stay away from anjappar.

Spl Mutton biryani-basmati rice briyani we had no difference for mutton, chicken and tomato rice.

I have ordered 1 chicken biryani and 1 nattu kozhi biryani. The price of natttu kozhi biryani. To my surprise I have got mutton biryani instead of nattu kozhi biryani. When I called the hotel, they asked me to send the photos and I did send them. Then they told that whatever thay have sent is a nattu kozhi biryani. It was clearly evident that they have sent a wrong item and on top of that they have lied to justify that nowadays chicken pieces are coming like this. Such a worst attitude from the hotel guys. The quantity and quality of food is nowhere in comparison with their prices. Small shops are providing better tasty food with reasonable price.

Went to get parcel food. Staffs should wear mask properly, few wearing it down their chin. When customers have to remove our mask while eating, it would be good if your staff wear your masks in proper way.

The taste of food remains as good as I remember for past 5 years before too. It was not too crowded. Food were served well, but Briyani seems slightly cold. Just like most of the restaurants, you have to wait for few minutes for food. If you are too hungry, you may get annoyed 😒. Sufficient parking space for cars and 2 wheels.

Visited with my family Sleepy service, poor food quality.The ambiance was not at all satisfactory and mosquitoes flying all over, we changed the table. Hand wash area filled with used paper towels no dustbin.Never try grilled chicken, butterscotch icecream and fruits salad (80% fruit is papaya filled).I Would leave zero star if I could. Recently we had our family dinner here. With cozy interior and courteous staff, we felt at home..Menu selected in veg and non-veg were tasty and as specified.... The menu was served on time and nice...maintained clean and hygenic, Covid protocol was well followed..conventiently located on the main highway, with good car parking, altogether a comfortable evening...keep it up...

Decent Non Veg Meals. All chicken, mutton and crab curry was good, except Fish Curry, which was average. The desert Rava Kesari was pathetic. When enquired about Kesari the management accepted that today the Kesari was not cooked properly. Additionally we Ordered Naatu Kozhi Kulambu ( Country Chicken Curry ) and Kaadai Masala ( Quail Gravy ), Aattu Kola Urundai ( Minced Mutton Balls ) all 3 were really good. Mini falooda was very tasty. The only concern was the helpers. Who dropped the menu card from a small distance and the cleaner took my Buttermilk without knowing that I am still consuming it. Rest was good. Decently priced for the quality, service and Ambience.

Taste is good. But service need improvement. They kept waiting us for half an hour for simple meals. The floors are pathetic, oily and slippery. My son did fell off 3 times on the floor.

Terrible service ... AC was not working properly....they started serving the order but they didnt kept water... We have asked more than 6 times... I would personally not order that again.Biryani is always nice in Anjappar..the taste of it is best wen had with the khurma, the gravy that they give along with biryani along with raita.Chicken kottu parotta quantity is very less,its like half of biryani quantity so never order just one of that for yourself as you would feel hungry after having it. This peoples dont even packed onion and miyonus with this parcel.. What a shame service given by your peoples, we believed and buy with the name of anjappar for your trusted service,but this kind of service will make us to not come to anjappar anymore. Literally you people want us to open the parcel in the hotel in front of others dinning at your restaurant and check all dishes are there in the parcel.. One good place to have chettinad dishes in this area. Nattu kozhi dishes tasted too good. Prawn dishes are good. This place has authentic chettinad dishes served. Service and ambiance is good. Price of the dishes is overpriced is what I feel for the quantity they serve. Management can take a look at this. Biriyani, prawn dishes and chicken dishes are must try in this place.
