Visited once or twice here. This is a small outlet with almost all VIP models of baggage, laptop bags and backpacks etc are available. Very less space available in the shop to move around. Prices are slightly higher than shopping mall. Situated in main busy area. We felt number of working staff are very less can be increased

Staff behaviour is Nice. I serviced my Skybag backpack which is my favourite thing. There was repair over the runner. 1st the staff told it may took 4 working days to resolve it, also the same colour runner is not available and i told that my need my backpack immediately and i cant wait till 4 days. Staff resolved that problem within one hour itself. And he changed the same runner by replacing with new ruler which restored my bags beauty. Really that staff is innovative and kind.

Customer service at its lowest. Few words that describe the staff and experience - obnoxious, flippant and arrogant. He/they didnt so much as make an effort to show us the product we were interested in.
