I knew VakilSearch earlier times but overlooked them. But my friend suggested after he got registered his company. So I tried them for my new company and I had a good experience so far. They have registered my new pvt ltd company and the response was always prompt. There were few more requests are there from me and will surely recommend them for pvt ltd registrations.

Very poor experience I have faced from Vakilsearch in getting my trademark registered. They will make false promises in giving the service with false time frame and will inspite of making promises that no cost will be charged now they will mess your problem and will again ask for money. Instead find a local lawyer to get your job done. They promised me 4500 around for trademark registration and I paid them 450p + 3500 and after 3 month they again started asking me for more money where they assured me that no other charges will be needed. Horrible, they call themselves law experts however I doubt if they know ABC of what they do. The ppl there work like robots without understanding your case, will file negligently and cost you fortunate if you are not careful. They also wouldnt care respond once you have made the payment. Never ever choose them for your trademark hearing or opposition because they wouldnt understand your case and the lawyers they have are least bothered to make your case strong. They are only interested in colelcting money form their customersTrademark registration is a sensitive thing, its the most important security you can give to your brand, so do not come in the trap of Vakilsearch offering it at low professional fee, better hire an IPR expert at extra bucks in your city to make sure your brand is well protected.

There proceses are very well defined and are very responsive.However, much depends upon the person handling your case.Their free advertised services are just a gimmick. They dont give any attention to such services. Dont fall for it. I was promised free GST registration, but it was withdrawn without any call and they dont talk about it anymore.Overall, good company and value for money. Recommended for start-ups.

We have taken 2 services , 1st Registration of company and 2nd alterations of MOA . Both time VS delivered the result on time and continue following with us. They are also doing secretary services for us with great support.

Service is very bad and once the payment is made, we need to keep follow up for the updates. May be they provide good service for top brands but definitely not for individuals.

Advance they will take money and after that somebody will contact you from documents they will say it will complete in 4-5days even after two weeks also we need to beg us they never respond.You wont get any contact information you need to send email or need to contact customer care they will say concern person will call you but nobody will call you.We need to follow up i expected better service from them. We contacted vakilsearch to create an LLP agreement for one of our upcoming businesses. The timeline given to us initially was short, but it took them more than 2 months to execute. Their staff is rude, impolite, and useless. They made an LLP agreement which had several loopholes. We requested corrections after talking to a CA. After requesting corrections, they took 15 days to review the changes. Then, they merely mentioned that some points are okay, and that other changes are not possible. We were asked to make the changes on our own. Then we had to acquire a stamp paper, do all the formalities, get it printed, etc. Which was initially under their scope of work. Please do not avail services of Vakilsearch. We lost a lot of time and money thanks to them.

Dont know how to register GST. Rejected for 4 times by GST office. Because documents which are submitted are not valid. I given what ever they asked. Sad part is saying lakhs of happy customers but dont know how to register GST. And no response from them. Given call extension number not working. And customer support through chat in vakilsearch app are worst than ever I have seen in any where. They will not say anything because they dont know anything. Even I sent email to CEO no response. I paid for service with Vakilsearch in 2019 and come 2021, the request is not completed even me doing numerous emails. So pathetic and cheap service and rude agents make life miserable. Now the agent is saying he cant do it this FY after numerous attempt of follow-ups. Really speaking they dont deserve a single star for the service. I have renewed annual compliance package for my company with Vakilsearch on false assurance by the business advisor that the outstanding issues will be resolved.The ticket #1120853, #1120862 are not moving forward, and I am unable to start my company operations because of this. Even after incorporation, we didnt receive our DSC KEY, still waiting for the process but the response about the DSC key is null. We paid all amount no reply from anyone from vakilsearch, raising the ticket and need to wait for days.

I recently enquired for LLP registration. The told that I should 300 to start the procedure and I did. Later, prior submitting the LLP form 3 they asked me to pay 3800 which is more than the committed amount. They work is poor, they’re not responsive and did few errors and blamed us in return.
