The only bad thing is the entrance is not free if u r new and need permission to go inside or u shld have a employee card

Went For Interview There Sometime Ago, Not A Compact Tech Park For Elites, In Rainy Season It Will Be Flooded Easily & Also Not A Proper Bus Way To Reach From Outside Chennai...

Very worst parking facility and building management service, they wont keep proper guide or proper parking notifications to park your vehicle.They wont keep no parking notifications where the no parking area is. simply they will lock your vehicle and ask you to pay fine. Even if you work in any of the companies which using rmz facility they wont see. The RMZ 3A, BMS manager is very worst guy.. he wont listen other.

Its pool of various companies at one place. With lots of security to safeguard all. Nice ambience and strict rules following for entering into it

Good IT Park, Well Infrastructure Design and Secured place to work (Inside the cambus)..They have seperate parking for Visitor...There is no ATM inside the IT Zone...

Litter Free Zone Business Park. It is a Great Pleasure Working in one of the Campus

Please be aware of the expensive visitor parking without any ceiling for charge per day

RMZ Is good but the area is fully congested with all employees of RMZ, bcaz canteen food is very costly there so every one will came out side for eating. Imagine if 10000 employees came out side for eating snacks and for having tea

Safety and security facilities are good, but no cafeteria or ATM inside phase 1 need to go to RMZ phase 2 for cafeteria or ATM

Smaller than SP Infocity. But houses 2. Buildings for FORD. Other building houses FIAT CHRYSLER, WNS, CATERPILLAR, OMEGA HEALTHCARE etc.. Has a CCD outdoor outlet. Sufficient space for playing volleyball/ throwball

Neat old place with nice swimming pool and sufficient parking right in the heart of the city

1. Worst roads leading to this IT Park. MGR road is fully broken, aften leading road accident, vehicle dents and quarrels.2. Water stagnant on the roads outside.3. Traffic nightmare due to vehicles parked on these roads leading to office.4. Traffic police would never come by and see it

Bad food court. Very slow performing lift i have ever seen.

Cars lineup from the parking till exit gateSecurities at the exit gate wont help or stop the on-going traffic for the staffs vehicle to go outsideThe frontage has few vanity trees, under which you are not allowed to sit. Waste of huge space. Could have used that space to divert traffic similar to RMZ 2No shades anywhere at campusNo food court. No ATMCoffee day inside the campus doesn’t even have enough fans
