Worst experience ever..... if google map had negative star rating option then i would have given -10 stars only...Highlights of this wounder full residency:1. Bath room towel were washed 3 or 4 month before ,it was yellowish..2. Bathroom/ toilet were like we are using public toilet, I think that toilet were cleaned once in month only.3. Goibibo :- when I booked in this app they (hotel receptionist ) told we will not accept this as they have blacklisted.. we will not accept your booking.4. Hotel receptionist told that he will only accept cash only but they have displayed upi qr code.. and told there is atm in some distance please go and take cash from there. Note : we reached there at 11pm.. for them tym does not matters.. they need only solid cash..5. Hotel receptionist attitude is like we have came to stay without giving money..6. Would have not posted this if it was a normal room. But for my surprise it was a suite room .7. Look at the pillows provided on suite room8.There was bed bugs9. For double bed they provided us with single bedsheet.

Rooms are not clean. The toilet was not maintained. Most of the amenities were not working or broken. Book rooms using online sites (RS.950) rather than in person (RS.1500). But, the staff are kind and helpful. The location is very convenient and parking is available. Restaurant is available downstairs and vadapalani metro station is located is close by.

Worth its price. Service was quick and the staff were supportive. Murugan idli, a chain of pure veg restaurants in Chennai is the valuable asset to the people who visit this hotel. And its location can be very easily identified on google maps which helps the guests to book the cabs with ease without having to explain the address to the cab drivers and auto drivers. If at all there comes a need to give any landmark, you have prominent places like SRM hospitals, Vadapalani metro and etc. It is located just 100 meters from Vadapalani metro station which can connect you to airport and central which are the prime travelling hubs in Chennai. I really love travelling to airport by metro from this place as it takes hardly 20 minutes to reach Airport.

Budget stay. located next to Sims hospital Vadapalani. metro station is very nearby and walkable.. Murugan idli shop is available in the ground floor. good for one or two day stay. highlight is its prime location.

Its located near to vadapalani metro station and next to SRM. Muragan idli shop is here and Tiffins are good. Hotel looks good and rooms are also ok. Service also ok. The only thing rooms are not big and price is bit high. If you order for something, they will deliver bit slow. Rest is ok.

All i can say is nothing is good other than the AC. Very old towels, unclean restrooms etc. Seems like the manager doesnt care about the customer satisfaction.

I reached this hotel comfortably from T. Nagar bus stand by catching bus to Koyambedu. I got down at SIMS bus stop as this hotel is just in front of the above said bus stop. At ground floor, they have Murugan Idli Kadai restaurant. Food was excellent at all the time (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner).

Barebone Accomodation. There is a lift available. AC worked well. Tiny rooms. Smudges on walls. Dressing Mirror was broken and a part had come loose (broken edge was taped off though). We asked for an extra towel, it never came. We asked for twin beds, we got a tiny double bed. We asked for breakfast at 10am. We got it at 11am after reminders. Only good thing is the morning manager, Mr. Tanveer. They also helped us print our ticket without charge and coordinated with taxi driver in Tamil since we dont speak the language. They have clean water (which is a big problem at some places in Chennai). Basic clean bathrooms and rooms. Very close to SIMS hospital which was the reason for our visit and stay. Complimentary breakfast is not a buffet, just 1 piece dosa idli and vada per person from the Murugan Idli Shop which is an independent venture run adjacent to the hotels so-called lobby. We booked online for 1966 per night. We were getting Hotel Bhimas at the same rate which after staying here we realised would have been a far better option in terms of accommodation and food (we have used both hotels recently)In front of us a walk-in customer got the same room for 1800 or even lesser. 24 hour check-in/ check-out is a benefit if you are going to use for latter half of first day and first half of second day so u dont end up paying for 2 nights..

Stayed at Metro Park Residency, Chennai for 5 days. Not even provided a single water bottle as compliment. Not initiated to clean the room in 5 days. Stayed in a unclean room. Room infrastructure is good. Easy to access any place.

Fantastic Place to stay with Family members, friends and kids. Rooms here is very neat and looks very fantastic. Room service here in this hotel is very nice .They provide coffee maker , Tea bags with milk and sugar. Murugan idli shop is in this area .They provide higenic vegetarian food . Its a value added service to this hotel .Room rental here is very moderate compare to near by Hotels .overall nice and safe stay

Worst place. Bad management. Since this is near to SIMS Hospital Vadapalani i had to book this hotel. But I left it after 1 day. The roome are uncleaned, flush are not working.Donot deserve a single star

I landed at Chennai airport took the Metro Train to Vadapalani. Out from this metro station I started searching for hotels and within few minutes, crossed SRM Hospital and approached Hotel Metro Park Residency.Note: choose rooms which are not road facing because the constant road traffic is irritating and can affect your sleep. Happened with me and had my room changed. Small rooms but bed is comfortable. Rooms need few repairs but otherwise stay is comfortable. Food was not much of a problem as Murugan Idli Shop is in the same building. Many places eat if you walk down the road or call up swiggy.Finally check the date of entry when you check in. They were charging me for a day prior to me landing in Chennai. Funny people - beware.

Hotel is very close to vadapalani metro and forum mall, easy to access them. Has a lot of food options right outside the hotel. Only issue is hotel doesnt have a restaurant and complimentary breakfast is also brought from outside and provided.

Room: Metro Deluxe with ACLocation is the main hold. Other than that, rooms are not well maintained. Toilet space is small, but manageable for lean people like me. Complimentary Breakfast is limited(just given for a sake). North Indian service men, who do not understand Tamil and English. Book online to get the best price. Otherwise, its just a waste.

This is really a fantastic hotel to stay....The rooms are very clean and the staffs are very polite....The room service is very good....Restroom is very neat and clean..... Even at midnight the hotel staffs serves us briskly.....This hotel is more than a 5 star hotel....I recommend this hotel....

We booked for double room for triple occupancy . The room was cramped with unclean linen. and the room was not as in the picture displayed.we requested goibibo which in turn provided us a bigger room at its own expense. Thanks for goibibo

Avoid online bookings here. They charge you additionally when you try to check in stating all possible reasons. redBus hotels customer service is waste. I booked a double room, On their voucher it simply said Non AC room, hence at the hotel they said you booked a single room and had to pay up almost the full charge of the room to upgrade.Pathetic

Rooms are small and not so clean , rest room plumbing & maintenance very poor. Only solace is in ground floor murugan iddli kadai is there for good food.
