Not even pick up the calls. If pocked they say call this number try different numbers for the power cut query.They not even respond properly

One of the worse service...such a waste service....no words to say how bad they are... government should change this eb guys and appoint someone new...More than pandemic these guys are more irritating

But they do not attend the call next I will go to chief minister sir office and I will complaint the employees daily days power cuts are happen

It is observed covid 19 not maintained properly. Waiters and staff have to wear mask properly. Sanitising is very poor in the toilet.

Power outage in Krishna street, Madura Avenue (kundrathur-kovur) everyday during the day time. It is very hard to bear a hour long power outage in this situation where all IT employees are working from home. Can you please address this, EB personnel provides different reasons for the outages everyday. Its aw 2 hours power outage during the working hours and 2hours today.
