I have ordered 4feet jhoola from Mr. Devaraj.He shared the photo of jhoola before shipping and it was all fine, but when I received the product it is nothing like how it was shown before. The whole plank is damaged and there is crack, holes and scratches everywhere. However when I approached him he said it is the issue with courier and he would not take any responsibility for this. It is mr Devarajan responsibility to deliver the product in pristine condition as we trust him and pay full amount in advance. Now he will not care as he got his full amount and he doesnt care about customer satisfaction. All he says is apply sealer and varnish. If at all if I have to do that I should have got it done from some local carpenter. We expect so kind of commitment and sense of responsibility and not blaming courier company. Ultimately the loss is for the end user and you or courier company have nothing to lose. And to others please think twice before you purchase any kind of swing from him. You would be utterly disappointing. Check out the photos in the attachment for proof. I would definitely not recommend anyone to buy from him.

Ordered the swing chain set via whatsapp. Was given a host of choices by Mr. Jagadish. Selected and made payment. While the commitment was a week for delivery, it was shipped and arrived within 3 days. I had discussed an installation in Bangalore and I got a call from the installation person as soon as I received the package. The installation was done the next morning.Everything was handled professionally and to my complete satisfaction. Would recommend highly.
