Well built, clean and nicely maintained metro station. The Metro is named after the famous Pachaiyappa college nearby. Nice safety feature where the tracks are concealed behind glass doors and only open when the train arrives. They could crank up the AC a little bit in the station though.

One among best metro station in heart of the city. Well maintained, helpful staff, dustbins everywhere, RO water available. Lift as well escalator makes life easy. What else you can ask for. Hope toilet is also present in this metro station. If you take bus From there to reach Ashok pillar it will take time of 1 hour, if you take train 🚆 you will reach it in 24 mins approximately at INR 45 if you have metro card or else 50 INR. Fairly large Underground Metro Station. The station is very clean and neat. The lightings and ventilations are well maintained. Easily visible from the main road. Passenger traffic is very less, so no rush.

The station is very clean and fully air conditioned. It is easy to recharge your Metro Card and also to purchase a new card. The staff are trained to guide the new commuters and educate them as to how to pay for the commute.As the station is underground, none of the mobile networks have coverage there. There is also no Wi-Fi at the station.

Very silent in the atmosphere afternoon. Less people are there. Exit way very more steps there. If you have aged people dont suggest walking to steps.

Good station, I was surprised to be invited by a Ticket wending Machine. Friendly support personnel and the safety door to the train is just so thoughtful.

Metro station is good.but AC never works Inside the station. I have already complaint to station master about it. But as they say because of water we are not able to run AC. So what should we do .why any of the passenger will suffer. What you guys do with our ticket money.Why can you use it for AC or at least ventilation. Feel suffocation inside the metro station. No air at all. You will feel actual summer when you will enter inside the metro station. I have already complaint about it to station master. Lets see what action they will take. I have taken statement of the guy you sits inside the ticket room and of station master also. If the problem doesnt get solve soon I will release those videos.

Metro station

A very calm station. Probably the most quiet. Safest at its best. The platforms close once you get out of the train. Also this station is quite unique. It doest look like the all the other underground Stations in the city which all look the same.

Neat and clean. Announcements are mainly for Chennai central route and not for the other. Tiles are so shinny and slippery that if not walked cautiously on rainny days, people may fall.

Place is neat but air conditioning is not working. If an escalator had been provided in the hospital entrance side, would have been useful to the patients. There is a lift but getting to it can be tricky.

The metro provides reasonable connectivity, has parking, one escalator and one lift for handicapped access.. so pretty good. Still gives vibe that more crowds and entrance opening needs to be done...

The metro is really good and well maintained.The only issues we face here are: the bus stop is far from the station and once you enter the metro station, you loose mobile connectivity.

Typical metro station accessible to college Harrington road chetput etc. But premises has to be maintained in best manner not by authorities alone but by all people around over the area.

This metro station is well maintained and has something unique than the other stations. You will start admiring it from the entrance which is of international standard. The restroom is well maintained but is far away from the platforms. This station is very near to Pachaiyappas college and Angelo school of music.

Cleanliness, Accessibility was good but the only issue I feel is that it could have had subway to the other side of the road. But The location of the station is quite perfect to reduce the onslaught of rush in the busses hopefully..

The path through the subway to enter the Kipauk metro station was moist and stinking. Wish it would be kept clean to encourage more people to use the Metro in this Kilpauk Area

At the beginning of launch they had the whole under ground station fully air conditioned.. now its just suffocating with no air or atleast fans!! To top this all no network as well!! What are we supposed to do while waiting sweat to death?? 😜😝😛

It is an underground metro station located in Shenoy Nagar near pachaiyappas college

Nice design and helpful sign boards, employees are so cooperative. Its my personal advice to should have more signboard to increase automation without asking any help from others.

No security parking.No a/c at underground platforms.Most of the places are sultry.

It is one of the station in the corridor-2 between Chennai central to st.thomas mount. Which was inaugurated on may 14 2017. It is located at underground to adjacent of paachiyappan college with large parking lot .it is well maintained with good ambience. It also can be accessible by physically challenged.

They are maintaining the Metro cleanly.But when the door closes, the warning alarm will surely irritate you.Comparing it with the Delhi metro, the cost is too high but in delhi you will not find a place even to stand in such a crowd but here we can sit comfortably.Dont eat orbit or boomer, the security will ask you to spit it out in dustbin(I experienced this)If every part of chennai is well connected with Metros, then there will be some decrease in cost of travelling.According to me, everyone should take metros instead of OLA and UBER if the place is well connected.Befor travelling in metro, make sure the places are connected with metros, dont blindly take a ride.

Its super railway station u feels like foreign tickets little bit cost like 40 to 50 RS but u can reach u r destination with in 15 minutes its soo fast trains

Good metro station. Trains are there directly for airport. Here cards are issued instead of tokens. Its under ground metro station just near to chetpet local train station. Adjacent metro stations are nehru park and pachaiyappa college metro on either side. Gaps between train to airport is 20 mins.
