Bad Decision.! The infrastructure of the hotel is stunning. But they are not maintaining well. Bathroom is very dirty. There is no table to have food. No Towels,Blankets and Soap., No Drinking water. Everything you have to bring or else buy from shop. And its very difficulty to find such a stationary shop nearby.You have an A/C Room, But it is full of mosquitoes inside the room.This is defenitly not for business travellers. The hotel is not in a prime location, even a sedan car cannot acces into this road.

Wasnt well maintained. Bathroom was a mess. Room was smelly. Although I did have an early check in, since they had me pay upfront, cleanliness feels like a bare minimum. In addition the TV wasnt working.

Stayed there for one night, Good location hotel but room are not cleaned up to mark.Quite disappointed with photos which they shown in agoda.In reality it doesnt match.Mr.Samy uncle is very helpful and attentive staff at reception.

Rooms were completely unmaintained. Toilets were unclean with bad water Facility. Not even Water bottles were provided here. Food Plates also unclean. I would not recommend People to Stay here. Its not that much safe to come with family here!!

Its inside one of the bye lane...a prominent place for leather and tanning shops. Although the room is big but it had leakage. I booked this thru agoda and it was rated as most preferred. I doubt any agoda executives would stay there. The mattress still had the packing plastic which was squeaky... got it out at night and it was a comfortable sleep. Enough lights, AC is Dialin..cools well enough.. the bed lamp spiked nd blew off probably because of the leakage. No water was.provided.Now the interesting part. The bathroom/toilet is 3 ft x 10 ft=30 ft. Picture that with comod, wash basin, bucket a place to bath and a place to hang clothes. This to me was the most disappointing part. Apart from that the casual behavior of stayers to move in half clothes... gives it sort of dingy appearance.hey but there is a tea store down there ...Masfaq or something... super excellent tea..

Completely Unsatisfied!Rooms and Bathrooms were not maintaned properly.You have A/C Rooms but room is occupied with mosquitoes.Water Leaking inside the room from the bathroom wall.No Blanket, No Towels, No Soap Provided. No Drinking Water.Its Very difficult to find a stationary/essential shop nearby. Also a car cannot accessible to the hotel premises. So if you book a car via uber, be there at the main road.Always a bad smell inside the room.If you book via Gobibo/Makemytrip, they give you a room which is not maintaned properly.They will not take responsibility via online booking.That was my bad decision ever!!

Best place to stay at cheaper price with good facilities.Very friendly staff.Best for North Indian who are planning to visit chennai.

Okayish Hotel. Close to Railway Station/Metro an advantage. Sea water supplied perhaps due to summer. No restaurant attached, so have to get food outside. Not perfectly hygiene... Clean sheets, but spotted small cockroaches at times. New construction, so that hygiene wasnt expected. Expected it to be perfectly clean. Affordable.

This place is good to stay as it is near to the Chennai central railway station. But booking via OYO app is unavailable here. It may show that OYO rooms are available here, but they have stopped taking online bookings.

The hotel authority specially the office attendants are the most well behaved personnels that I ever faced outside West Bengal. I suffered a problem with booking there through OYO but the attendants helped me in every good manner they knew. They even helped me to book another hotel on that late night. Thanks goes to them. I would like to prefer this hotel to any other hotel in Periamet, Chennai.

Hotel is newly built. Hotel Room is very good. Very neat and clean. Only Toilet is small and congested.

Visiting Chennai on family emergency I booked a room in this hotel through Oyo platform with payment online, but on reaching the hotel late evening on 23/11, I was in for a rude shock when the hotel out rightly refused to accept the online paid booking through Oyo stating they have some payment related issues with Oyo and hence discontinued business relationship with them. In such a scenario, I was in deep distress not knowing what to do in that part of the night. Finally the hotel agreed to provide me a room, provided I make upfront payment in cash even though I paid Oyo for it. No other alternative, I paid them in cash and now pursuing the matter with Oyo. I am terribly disappointed with Oyo, their guest relation executives are not customer centric either. I have received numerous calls from their team and nearly a dozen emails from different executives till date, each stating that the issue has been resolved and I would get a refund within 7 to 14 working days besides asking me to rate them on a satisfactory scale. My first and last interaction with Oyo, I will never make a mistake to book a hotel on their platform or recommend them. Horrible experience!Hotel is average, wash room is too compact. Surprisingly the hotel claims they are not part of Oyo chain, but the property displays Oyo insignia, their staff sport red Oyo t-shirts and most of all they provide Oyo marked toiletries. Who is fleecing whom is the question here? I guess primarily its Oyo!!! As for the hotel, if you are not happy with Oyo, why than tag with them?
