Hi all,Strictly not recommend colive because of their worst response. You forget your money if you give security deposit I am searching for less than 0 level of stars for feedback.they treat customers as beggars everytime we need to request them a service. and theyll contact as per their convience they are having properties the customers can face are 24/7 any issue but theyll respond only 10am to 6:30pm. Like IT people theyll work but when you enter the property marketing people will purely brainwash you that theyll have the offer today only so book it fastly. Like that my friend also suffered by this guys and he also lost 2k from his account. I got a shock from electricity switch i had worked in shift basis when I take bath and restroom on morning water will not come this is only the less issues I am mentioning here.I vacated on 30/12/2020 without permission they deducted 1500+ amount of 2 months for electricity bill last month also I paid the electricity bill sperately but in the settlement sheet they mentioned 2 months electricity bill as 1500+ and then sepration charge 1000. And the remaining amount 2000+ added in my colive passbook they are telling that they are giving irrestible offer something but I feel pathetic and surprised how can they add my money to their own wallet/passbook without my permission. When I am entering in to colive they said youll get the security deposit with minus of 7days amount which is 4000-938 =3062 this is the amount that they need to refund but they are refunding 1420 they are saying electricity 1500+ and sepration charge 1000 guys please dont get convience by hearing the marketing member talks and below mentioned reviews this is my entire experience my room is pretty good but for that what theyve charged is really very very very high.and all the stuffs. With very less amount also. Please dont prefer here and take care of your money.

Its a PG, good place to stay
Worst Management, they make you pay the advance before even knowing your room , but there is no customer service team who responds to billing related issues. I am still trying hard to get back my refundable deposit for past 6 months.The app or the customer support team will only respond to new sales calls and not even once it has got connected to billing team.
