Huge store with great collections. Youll love it here if you are a regular Westside customer. Its slightly hidden behind the bus stand and might be a bit difficult to spot at first but definitely worth the trouble of driving around in search of it

The collection of cloths is good but the dressing room for men allowed is only 2 and others r closed may be 4 dressing rooms. I spoke the persons but no one is allowing and also few dresses r not allowed to even try. That’s the main reason even if I like I don’t will to purchase. They must improve the customer service too

Good place for buying quality clothes. Prices are bit high. This one at Adayar has better collection than the one at Thuraipakkam.

Love the range of clothes here. Of all the places Ive been to find clothes, this is the only place Ive loved buying from. Their size small kurtis fit people who arent necessarily hourglass shaped and its such a confidence booster. The designs are very tasteful.

The place has got a good selection.But, they have to improve their billing. Today, we had to wait for nearly 20 minutes for them to do their billing in spite of the fact that we were the only ones there. The girl said that their server is down.The credit card wouldn’t go through because of their server. Finally, we had to pay in cash. Fortunately, we had some cash between us though we don’t usually carry cash. We didn’t get a bill. When my daughter wanted to meet the store manager to complain, he/she never turned up.

Everything about this place is good.. Nice collection.. Ample staff who can speak hindi better than any other language.. One star less for the home section of the store as the arrangements can end you up in great deal.. No circulation space and the glass and ceramic wares are displayed alongside the fabric for dine.. So one has to be super careful while handling them to not break to your wits end.

Poor collection. Mens wear is totally zero. All costumes are expensive. Inexperienced staff. Beware of the Cashiers during billing, coz they dont add points in your membership even if you shop for 20-30k. They ask for your phone number during billing but add points to their family or friends member account..this is a big scam!!

Good quality clothing at a little expensive side. A wide collection of indian wear to choose from with perfect fit and quality. Limited collection for men. Ample parking space, courteous staff makes the shopping experience better.

Didnt have a pleasant experience shopping here, the idea to remove chairs from the trial rooms is such a bad decision. With just 2 hooks behind the door - I dont understand how the management thought customers wont have an issue with it.The staff was good, tried to explain it to us the reason but it doesnt matter when you cant have a comfortable shopping experience.Whatever be the problem, removing the chairs from the trial rooms wasnt the solution.

Yesterday I had gone for my wardrobe shopping because I always love the collections at your place, both ethnic and western. I usually do atleast once in six months. But this time, I had the most rudest body sham word used by one of your lady-staff (western wear) on me...This brand suits fat people. You can try it...Fat People?!!...What if I had retaliated and called her Ok Skinny Skeleton? Does that sound ok?...I failed to note or ask that staffs name, because I was speechless for a moment. I just moved on. Please teach your women-staff the impact of body shaming others, especially in a public place, and the goodness of being pleasant to customers. Nothing more.

The best of quality designer wear with good variety. Plus this particular showroom is pretty spacious with 3 floors of clothes and accessories.

This temple is highly divine with almost all Hindu Gods around. Neatly maintained, well hygined , parking can be done on the road as well... All pooja items can be picked just outside the temple..

My favorite place to shop for clothes! It always has an amazing collection of comfortable clothes. Perfect for all seasons and weather. They have all the clothes colour coded. And for an organized freak like me, its a perfect place to shop. They have the cutest sleepwear for girls. All in all, a really good shop with clothes for all occasion.

Terrible place! I left my handbag in the dressing room for 3 minutes and they threw it in the dustbin. I looked for it for half an hour before they told me its there. Cowards! Didnt even bother asking me if its mine and giving it back. And when I asked why they put it in the dustbin, they shouted at me. This has happened twice before here. Good knows what else was in the dustbin

Pathetic staff in womens section. I had never faced such people in any clothing store so far. Right from the beginning , no one even bothered to approach us. We were on our own searching, with no input on products available. The staff didnt even bother to remove even the hanger, when I took them for trial. West side, please train your staff on how to handle all types of customers. I would never buy or refer west side henceforth. Your staff ruined my birthday shopping.

Westside is my favorite retail shopping place. Their collection is unique and better than lifestyle and max. However their collection used to be much better before, recently I dont find anything that interesting. But definitely my favorite place to shop!

The collection is very great particularly for kids. The price is bit on the higher side, but the quality is better. The shop is larger with 3 floors.There is a little parking only available, but there are valet parking options in some of the nearby shops. Same wise, this shop may have too, but not sure.

Good collections n affordable prices. I love shopping for casuals n other stuff here. But their online shopping site needs to improve. They show the items but when we add it to the cart it asks for so any questions n finally it says... delivery not available to this pin code. Doesnt make any sense.

Dont expect to buy international brands. Only TATA fashion products are sold here. Its a cool place to shop indeed. I prefer perfumes here. 👌👍

Ok... what to say? A place to buy clothing. Middle of the road choice and price. Nothing special & exciting. Nothing specific in term of bad experience.Somewhat a bit of a boring shopping experience. No reason to come back unless to check next season whether they have by chance something new and exciting on offer.Hence just middle of the road 3 star rating.

This place is good. But when i went there, the stocks were almost over. Best for formal as well as casual dress. The *Oak & keel* collection is best for those who want plus size...

Wide range of apparels are available now at Westside. Price and quality are quite reasonable. Home decor items are available. Can be a steal, it we visit the store right time.

Very good and spacious. Since I am tall with a bloated waist I usually dont get a good fitting. But suprisingly at Westside I found shirts and pants to fit my 6 ft 2 inch height. Today the shirt I liked was not in stock but they promised to get it from nearby stores in 3 days.

Not crowded and neat environment

The plane was not crowded during the Deepavali shopping season and that must have been an indication. I failed to read that appropriately. Very limited choice of mens wear. No one to help you. Poor shopping experience.

Am sure youll find something trendy and fashionable when you visit. Loads of stuff to choose from. And the one year manafacturer guarantee works well for returns. Parking available all the time.

Variety of collections and good quality

Almost no crowd in most of the instances. One of the few places you get Plus size costumes. Friendly staff. The only flip side being, Citibank Rewards redemption that works in other Westside outlets does not work here.

I must had a great shopping experiences you may not see a huge crowds. Here you will get value for money Quality and awesome shopping experiences.

Seriously lacks minimum courtesy of visitors waiting seats. Senior citizens and mothers with small kids at mercy to be seated in the steps.
