Doesnt have multiple choices to choose from. An old building thats not maintained properly in my opinion. Parking is not bad and conveniently located that can be reached from both sides.

Although there are 2 shops, pizza hut, & Wangs on the ground floor,the rest of the floors are occupied by offices. Difficult to get parking space at times even for 2 wheelers. Being a corner building at a very busy traffic signal/junction, entry & exit can be dicy. But the tiny tea shop at the back of the building is really superb with variety of tea/snacks and is surely getting the most footfalls from people in & around this building.👍

The building located in the center place but not maintained well... 2 security gate for entering the Buidling.. I noticed ground floor have 10 Big Shops(Like Tea Trials, Pizza Hut) and others Floors are Offices..

The complex above the restaurants are little deserted

There are some improvements/ maintenance in this building.. it is a most happening complex in Chennai which sustains for a long time now.. poor in public parking facilities.. poor canteen setting..

Good place

A mix of experiences. Very poor parking and maintenance. Water floods in if it rains and there are no drains to prevent this. Lots of good restaurants and a Café makes the dining experience quite colorful.

Nice place has pizza hut and wangs kitchen which are my favourite food chains and also easily accessible from road... Building is nice and peaceful....

Tea Trails caféA nice cafe with a lot of tea options, the place has a nice ambience as well however, the waffles can be made softer.

This is a really old building and Mr gemini ganesan was the owner. The lift here is really untrustworthy. Proper maintenance is required

Avoid Pizza Hut. The manager Abul is the worst Pizza Hut would ever have. Otherwise the taste is amazing as always
