Mehul and his team has helped me for years to choose the right lenses. They are professionals in optical field. Post service, follow up, repair, advice is excellent.I would definitely recommend one to visit true vision before purchasing from other stores.

Nominal price andGood service.

Excellent service. Very kind people. Even when the optical hospital gave the wrong power, they helped me find out the mistake and changed the specs for me. Unmatchable service. I recommend this place for all as it is affordable and worth the money we spend. The most comfort zone for specs users is this place. I am proud to be a regular customer of this place.

I was really worried 😥 after my frame broke which I purchased from a branded showroom. I went many stores either they dont have the right frame or options that suits me. Here in True vision Am really impressed the way they handle customers and the level of patience. Also the point they have many options that fits each one style. Recommend to visit the store once and will love it.

One of the best optical stores around Velacheri area. Has wide range of spectacles and sunglasses. Also has an optometrist if you want to get your eyes checked.Staff if well behaved, polite and are willing to go the extra step to make their customers happy

I have purchased 2 pair of specs , the way of handling the customers are pretty good, i have also recommended my frnds here, good keep it up 👍👍👍

Very customer friendly, the owner suggests you the best as per your choice.

Good shop. Professionally dealing with customers.

Should acknowledge that the True Vision is true customer delight. Wish others were also like you. Thanks a million for solving my problem.

I have made two purchases and a repair here. The store’s representatives are very gentle and focused on providing a good experience to visitors .The centre’s owner seems is passionate seemed knowledgeable in what he does.Truly amazing and unique experience I had here

I will be generous to say that this store has good knowledge on spectacle lenses and contact lenses. The advice is given based on the requirement of the customer and do not intend to sell for value. People who are unhappy with there progressive lenses bought else where can consider visiting this place. The dispensing knowledge seen here is tremendous.

I had a bad experience with this shop .They told my previous glasses had wrong power and they changed my power .I ordered it thinking it would solve my eye problems. But actually it increased my eye problem as well as gave an acute headache when I used it.Then I overcame my eye problems with natural remedies and now I stopped using my glasses .So you don’t need any glasses at all if you have less eye power and a good lifestyle.Eyesight problems come due to body heat and please over come it first .Please consult a good eye doctor and then order specs here if you really need it.

Ordered my spectacles which are special ones and received it in two days as promised. Excellent communication from the optical throughout the purchase and delivery. Very satisfied.
