Sanjay, I have been purchasing spectacles from you for the past 20 years or so. You said you would deliver my specs on 27.02.2021. However, you didnt. you could have called me and informed me about the revised date of delivery. When I had called you on 04.03.2021 you did not give me date of delivery. At least you could have politely kept the phone down during that conversation. You had disconnected the phone without even checking whether I have completed my talk. You can give my glasses whenever it gets ready. I am waiting.
