I went in to get my eye exam waited quite a while for my exam which I expected. Got in to see the doctor for him to tell me he couldnt do the exam because my eyes where to dry and u should come back and he would not charge me. Which is great customer service I thought until 2 months down the road I go for an eye exam and they tell me I was charged for one prior. They charged me for an eye exam they didnt do and assured they would not charge me for. This is not acceptable and now I must pay out of my pocket at there fault. They got paid for a service they didnt do.
