WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. FRAUD. CHEATING. STRICTLY NOT RECOMMENDED ANY MORE.I AM THE CUSTOMER FOR THIS SHOP FOR MORE THEN 5yrs. I HAVE ALSO REFERRED THIS SHOP TO LOT FOR MY FRIENDS AND RELATIVES. And still, they cheated.A customer calls the shop and says like he is on the way and requests to wait for 5 mins. They dont have the courtesy to wait to deliver a product worth Rs 5K. All the way he traveled was a waste of time. They dont even have a sense of informing the customer once the product is ready for delivery. After the customer calls they are informing like the product is ready, we have also sent an SMS now and the SMS will be delivered with some time. but even the next day the SMS was not delivered.At the time of ordering my lens, I requested for yearly color lens and said I have previously bought the same here. Both the salesperson took the order. At the time of delivery, they are informing like its a monthly lens if used occasionally it can be used for 3 months and not more than that. And they cost me 2k+. But THE SAME IS PRODUCT, SAME COLOR, THE SAME BRAND IS SELLING FOR 750rs IN OTHER SHOPS.
