Excellent service. Technical service person arrived on time with required spares and other equipments. Very honest and perfect service and also left the place clean and tidy. charges were reasonable as well. OVERALL Im very much satisfied with their AC service.

I was initially skeptical about purchasing a second hand Air-conditioner, as there is a general notion that they dont live up to the promise of the provider. But my personal experience with Technocools was a perspective changing one. The AC I purchased from technocools works like brand new, and in the 4 months of purchasing I faced problems just once, and that too was rectified instantaneously by the technicians at technocools free of cost, as it was still inside the 1 year guarantee period. If I had gone for a new AC, it would have very easily been a 30k to 35k affair, whereas here I purchased the AC for 15k. I strongly recommend it for buyers.

During covid times with lockdown restrictions technocools arranged to send technician to check the AC problem, removed and rectified the problem in their premises and reinstalled it and it is now working satisfactorily.

Being aged 76, knowing well about various sellers for AC S for the last twenty years with various problems faced earlier.Wanted to dispose off old ones and to go for new A C for my bed room and for my hall, and one of my friend suggested technocool last year.With all ifs and guts , I could realise the workmanship, and the technical suggestions impressed me to go for new one with them.With lot of bargaining on price Shri Ravikumar and Director Ashwin were kind enough to visit and took so much care as if they are erecting A C S for their home.
