Its really frustrating talking to the owner for cook requirement .He was talking like he is providing service for free.after i disconnected call he is msging me not to call again , useless service...do not call him for any service

It was an extremely frustrating experience dealing with this agency. Initially, the owner, emmanuel raja provided us a woman for babycare. But, as I did not find her suitable, I asked for a replacement. But, the replacements too were not up to the mark and so I chose not to hire them.After this, I called the owner repeatedly for several weeks. But, he either did not answer my calls or when he did, made false promises about sending someone suitable.But to give the devil his due, Id like to mentionthe that he was always polite whenever he did answer the phone. Maybe that was part of his strategy- be polite and just drive the client to a state of frustration and insanity.According to our contract, he was supposed to provide me replacements, if required for a year. I paid him 10, 000 rupees one- time advance for this. I requested him to take part-payment at the start and and the remaining after a few months but he refused and asked for the full payment. Once he had been paid the full amount, he obviously had zero interest in serving us. He was of course considerate enough to answer our calls for about two months. And again, not to forget his polite behaviour!This agwncy is one among several others that have been set up with the sole aim of duping people.Also, the owner did not get any police verification or actual address verification (by visiting the house) done of the baby sitters. That was something we were supposed to do. All he did was randomly send some women to us for baby sitting as and when they approached him for work. He has no ready supply of baby sitters that he could send us at short notice.
