Pathetic service. Completely not satisfied with the service.After seeing reviews I was happy that I am giving my scooter in a good service center having a great brand TVS.But the end result after receiving my scooter after service itss pathetic.Response on self start which is received from the service manager is battery is good and charged but for self start you need to use your scooter for ten days where battery gets charged and self start will work.Pathetic Water wash.....

It was unwritten impression that TVS group is trust worthy next to TATAs. That belief got shattered in my experience with this outlet. For a simple car checkup, one estimate came thro SMS. Staff called over phone and told different amount. Again third amount came thro SMS. When I went to service centre to pick up the vehicle, they gave a bill for fourth amount. When asked for the differences, they told SMS is coming wrongly.Fortunately, I have not done the service at the centre. No transparency at all. Totally Unreliable.

Its a multi-brand service center. I prefer not to go for premium segment cars and their painting work timeline is high and thats the major drawback for those going for repainting the car. Their service quality is good and satisfied as they following their brand value.

I didnt go there personally. The people at the place did pick up and drop for service of my car. The service done for my car is very excellent. The behaviour of the people is highly unprofessional. They had confusion who will pick up the car. Two people came to my place. Service schedule they didnt maintain and did not bothered to inform me the delays. The estimate cost was not told properly. They are highly business minded, they wanted to do more work than required. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Not satisfies at all.Bike wash was not good, not properly washing the vehicle. General oil service also would not meet average level at least. Local streets side mechanics might be a good choice.

I would give no rating if there is an option, I booked through gobumpr with general service for 999. gobumpr charged Rs 99 from booking fee and transferred to MyTVS OMR and they charged RS 1238 for car wash and nothing has been done. They promised Comprehensive 24-point inspection, Engine oil (100 ml) & coolant (50 ml) top-up, AC system check-up and other checks but nothing has been. its only car wash.

Had given my bike for service through GoBumpr. They said have to change this that and all. Finally bill came to 10k. Would have been happy if everythin was okay. But the newly changed carburetor was leaking petrol even after giving it twice. Had to give to a local mechanic to fix it. And they installed a cheap quality accelator cable claiming it to be original. Never give your bike here for service. These bike service guys dont knw anything there. Am not sure abt cars

Good service centre which is a very reputed one with very good skilled staff, garage, and very reasonable charging for services. Good, polite service advisors, competent mechanics for multi brand car services. A reliable place. The service adviser Mr..Puvi Arasan was very helpful, polite and gave good suggestions for a few problems in my Fiat Linea.

I take back my vehicle with fully satisfied. They short out my all my demanded repairs .Extreme support by Marketing person Mr Prakash follow up was very good and returned my vehicle to my home in time

I Have given My TVS Apache 160RTR for service. The service was very good. My Bike was taken care by a person there named Sivanandh. When i given my bike it was in a bad condition. Now after their extra ordinary service, its like a brand new bike. Really satisfied much. Sivanandh was very polite and friendly. I really appreciate him for his work.MyTVS OMR is the best...

This place is un professional, I had given my VW Vento, two year old vehicle for general service. They called me promising general service package for Rs. 1899/-. My vehicle was in good condition. However after inspection of the vehicle they have come back with a lot of spare replacement, including Front Brake Disk, Front Brake Pad, Front Strut Assembly, Link Rod, etc. I told them not to change anything on suspension, only the break related components can be replaced.They insisted that, it is important to change the Strut Assembly and Link Rod, otherwise it will affect the other spares.After service, I paid INR 33,500/- and the vehicle come out with lot of problem and rattling noise. After a lot of fight, they took my car back and said it would take another 17K of spares Steering Rack. After my shouting, they did something and put my old link road back on the suspension system, retuned the car. The car now makes a lot of noise, while applying break and while turning the steering left.I am not going to give the car again to them, I dont think they are competent professionals and cheat on the spares replacement.I strongly advice people not to go to this place for anything. They would screw up your vehicle.

I had an accident of Hit and run for my vehicle KUV -100 last Friday. Looking around the opportunities, I found that MYTVS - OMR Perungudi was closer to my location. Taken the vehicle to the service centre with the help of my driver. From the moment of stepping inside the service centre till the delivery they just took only 6 days and completed everything in perfect shape including the insurance claim. I must appreciate the customer orientation of Mr. Syam the service support and Mr. Srinivas the Workshop head. I am 100% satisfied with the services from MYTVS - OMR. Most importantly they are very customer friendly and supportive with all clarifications. I will surely return to them for my future requirements. - Dominic

Worst service center I have ever seen. Dont waste your time and money. I gave my Two-wheelers for service. They dont even check the basic things. Giving your bike for service here is putting your money in the river. Instead of giving to them, If you spend 4-5 hours you can do better things to the bike.

I had given my car for fixing a dent on the bonnet on 8th Nov 2020, and receive the car back on 19th Dec 2020.Even this happened only after continuous follow up. After receiving the car the bonnet wasnt fixed properly. I am trying to get mytvs to fix it properly but there is no proper response in guindy branch.

Excellent service. I have given my Ford Ecosport Car for tinkering and painting jobs. They completed the repairs in 2days. Awesome work, no traces of damage mark in bonnet and colour matched to the other panel in perfect condition. Cheaper than the dealership rates and they offered free pick and drop. Keep up the good work MyTVS team.

I have a bumper to bumper -enhanced cover policy Insurance for my Wagon R with New India Assurance. Due to space constraint in parking I made a small scratch on LH and RH door and a small dent in rear. Roadside painter (below Mandaveli MRTS bridge) asked for 5000 Rs for whole job and for one of my friend he did good job. But idiotically I left the car with mytvs omr believing that they are still and respectable TV Sundaram sirs value and ethics. The vehicle was retained for one week. Ball played by Insurance surveyor and mytvs service advisor back to back with about a dozen calls for original RC and DL, etc. After pillar to post running they delivered the vehicle work half done with suzuki logo fixed in a criss cross manner charging me 6610 Re. My loss of cab hire was 11000+ OMR tollgate+ petrol + NCB+ charges = 20000. Please dont give your vehicle to mytvs omr for denting/painting job. Also avoid New India assurance gimmicks like enhanced cover milking 2-3K more than just what is required. Unless you are smart(influential?)enough Insurance is not going come and garages like mytvs are not going to do decent job whatever is sanctioned to be done. I have paid about 50K for last 5 years to New India and finally they sanctioned me 3900.Please save your hard earned money from my practical experienceMy advice is to pay bare minimum to Insurance firm just to keep the paper legal and believe in a roadside mechanic with good skill.

Worst service...I booked for water service and polish yesterday (18-12-2019) through home service support. To begin with they didnt come as per committed time but here the issue was not just that.Service was halfdone.Windshield was not cleaned and wiper blades are not even touched.Polish was not buffed completely and it looked very patchy on the body.

People in this service center is worst of a kind. my car is stuck with them for more than 25 days and they are bluffing that the delay is due to insurance approval process. they dont have any responsibility to deliver the car on time. 2 days delay is reasonable.. but look at the delay.. MORE THAN 25 DAYS.. they can rather shut the doors and get lost. atleast rest of the showrooms will have some trust. because of this showroom all My TVS showroom are loosing credibility. highly incorrigible behavior. i m not going to turn back to them in my life time. and i will advise all my friends and families not to go to My TVS showroom for any kind of service.

I am deeply disappointed with MyTVS. I had an accident and gave my car in for repairs. Upon receiving my car, I noticied the Engine sensor light on my dashboard was on and my Dickey lock was not opening except with the key (which was not the case before or after the accident) which I informed them immediately of - their manager (Mr Faheem) asked me to come over an get it repaired the next day. After that they did not agree to repair it and they dont take phone calls anymore. THE WORST SERVICE CENTRE TO GO TO !!!! Avoid at all costs.
