115603186279:I ordered from Vishnuweavers. The pkg was sent through your courier. Yesterday someone came to deliver and unfortunately the phone did not ring when he called. I called back as soon as the network worked. The person in Chennai office (Raju Bhuva) was rude and inconsiderate and asked me to pickup the pkg at the office. I am a senior citizen living alone. We have curfew and cannot go out after10AM. I do not have a vehicle and even Autos do not run after 10AM.I explained all to him and offered to pay some money for the second trip. Today I called the delivery person and he was willing to deliver on Monday. BUT, the person refused to allow him to deliver and insists on my going there to pickup. When you do not give a specific date and time for delivery, you should make at least 2 attempts. I came from America and our Embassy advised us not to go out. Hope you will take action and deliver the pkg. Otherwise I will NOT order anything online and WILL NEVER use your courier. I will inform all my friends too on Social media. Hope you will understand how frustrated I am with the service!Hope you would resolve this positively. Look forward to hearing from you.
