Food, tastewise was decent. Bang on for the price. The ambience of the place was very gloomy, gives only dull vibes. Definitely a place to go out and try, but going there again would be a BIG QUESTION!

Good option for conti and have been consistent over the years. The seafood broth set the expectations for the rest of the order. Pizza with beef toppings was good too. Fish n chips was the usual basa crumb fried with fries n sauce dip

Used to be very good place for Asian cuisines earlier. The waiters are bit corrupt , charging 40 Rs for room temperature water bottle , the person initially came to me said that the card machine is not working and asked me to do a UPI transfer to his personal account. I started questioning him back and forth , then he brought the card machine which worked in the first swipe.

One of the calm and cosy place to hangout with your dear ones as the ambience keeps ur mood lit for making conversation!!Regarding food:Prawn skewers, ignited our taste buds with the hot and spicy on it.Fish fingers, must try but ensure you taste it when its hot as u might get carried away in your conversation.Burnt garlic rice, the best thing in the menu and a huge fan of it.

We had pasta , potato wedges , hot and sour soup. Pasta was worse and taste is very plain. Soup was so sweet.potato wedges quantity was more and quality was poor

A good place to dine late night, but the Food and servicing was poor like worse thing Ive ever seen.The atmosphere and surrounding was dark and chill but that as a disadvantage when we devour the food.The service is down side, when i asked them to serve rice with the steak,they served mashed potatos.The Soup was very pulpyGolden Fried prawn was in white color and too crispy sounds like over cooked.Mexican Fish was THE BEST THING I HAD EXPERIENCED THERE😍 MUST TRYin Pepper Chicken Steak,chicken was very hard and they didnt serve me a knife and they expect me to have a steak without a knife?🤷Guys guess what? When I asked them for a Knife, THEY LITERALLY GAVE A UNCLEAN KITCHEN KNIFE😂, I was Wtf restaurant is this🙆.IM DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDING IT🙅

The restaurant was recommended by a friend and honestly, I was disappointed. Maybe I expected too much but I guess it was justified seeing the high priced menu. We ordered Shaack special fries, a pizza: Bismarck, beef steak, a chicken dish (cant recall the name but it was chicken breast stuffed with cheese and jalapenos), schezwan prawn fried rice, virgin mojito and masala lemonade. While food was top quality, something or the other was missing. Special shaack fries turned out to be not so special, the chicken dishs quantity felt inadequate (especially compared to the portion of the beef steak), and even the beef steak failed to impress. Nothing felt worth the money we were paying. One the pluses though, the staff was polite and swift. Preparation was also quick and food was served without delays.

Review edit after an year:===================It pains to see once a very good restaurant going down the ruins. Keeping covid in mind, we were looking for some restaurant which would be less crowded. Shaack got remembered. Ordered some dishes like Minestrone soup, prawn pho, prawn Olivetti, Chicken Satay and Cajun potato wedges. Out of these only good items were Cajun potato and Prawn pho soup(however it had rice flat noodles instead of vermicelli). Other items were very bad to say the least. Satay was half cooked. We did not bother to order main dishes after this experience.The only good thing about todays experience is that social distancing was the best since we were the only ones seated out of 13 tables :D.Reducing the stars to 2 ;(===============================Had ordered Cambodian fish, stir fry veg, Tom yum(it was great here, not many place serve it right), Veg pho, Kaisatay and Pesto pasta. They tasted very authentic and fantastic. One of the best Pan Asian food I have had in Chennai. It is worth the money and the ambience is good as well. The service is fast. Full marks to the chef!

A pleasant restaurant located near Chintamani Signal. If offers a wide range of cuisine from Pan Asian to Continental. We had Chicken Roulade which was good but I wish they would pound the meat before they rolled the meat. The Grilled Fish was really good and so was the Burger. Overall a nice place to hangout with Friends over Weekend Dinner. They are open late as well which make it a perfect place for late night grub.

Found this place after searching for a good restaurants at midnight. The food was amazing I would say . The ambiance is not so great but taste was extremely good.but rates are of a bit higher side .they charge 60 rupees for a goli soda.and 40 rupees for water bottle.

One of the worst place to dine in & awful taste. It was like a suicide being there. Paying money for the garbage that’s being served. No proper staffs, we need ask the toppings and sides, if not the food will be served without them. It’s a night mare. Totally devastating experience. If you wish to take a revenge on someone bring them here and buy them the food, that’s it from that day on they ll blown off.

We ordered for Chicken rice and Pesto Pasta. And the chicken fried rice arrived after 40 mins and then we were informed that Pesto pasta would take more time and were advised to order something else.But we waited for another 30 mins and the pasta came with a insect on it.Visited the restaurant after checking the reviews and was hoping for good food. But it was a total disappointment!

Very worst experience. Even felt bad that i gave one star. Me and my friend went to the restaurant and order a pizza and a starters and they took more than 30 mins to bring starter and brought pizza later. The taste of starter was ok but the taste of pizza was not upto the mark. I felt some of the chicken like gobi and felt only few pieces like chicken. Customer service is poor and you will ofcourse disappointed with yourself as you made a worst decision to select this restaurant. I recommend peoples to ignore this restaurant and search nearby best restaurants. Only thing that was positive was ambience, anyway the table cloth was little dirty and was not cleaned.

Everything felt & tasted like frozen food that just reheated

Didnt think wed find a place to eat at close to 2am. But we did, and we definitely enjoyed it.Quality was definitely up to par and taste was just as good. I found the ambience reasonable, unfortunately didnt feel the same about the bill.But, hey, at 2:00am, what choice do you have?

No mash potatoes served as an accompaniment to steak, more dishes and taste should be improved.

Worth the money.. The best food I have had in a restaurant.. Service was excellent and really fast.. Every dish I had was authentic and tasted amazing.. And it did not hurt the pocket..definitely recommended everyone to visit the place.. Only down part was that from outside it was not as visible and place could be a bit lively.. Will definitely visit the place again.

They still maintain decent quality & taste. Highly recommended.

A very good place for night dining. Restaurant timing till 2 am. Many variety of foods in Continental, Asian and South Indian is available. Nice interior and ambience. Two and four wheeler parking available. Lacking in taking orders. Rest are fine.

A true family restaurant. Serves food late into the night. A favourite restaurant for my family. Excellent starters. The beauty of this place is that there arent many choices, but somehow you dont find that a problem. Whatever is on the menu is worth tasting once or repeating again and again when you visit the place. Friendly staff and good service. God knows how many times I been here.. :)

Nice place open late at night

The restaurant was empty except for our family but items ordered took a pretty long time for delivery. One starter did not come till we were well into the main course. The pasta took a long time to prepare and was cold and without the ingredients mentioned in the menu. Had the chef redo the same. Not so good experience. Had gone after good reviews from friends.

Food quality is very good. A nice attempt on fine dine. Menu is bit over priced. Parking is also difficult. Ambience, cleanliness needs to improve. Good for a weekend visit. Nice continental menu.

Not the best food ever tasted just ok

This is our 3rd or 4th time. Food and ambience are very good. Service is also good but this time we felt there was something missing as the guy at the billing did not seem friendly the moment we asked him about one of the menu items. What was mentioned in the menu and what was used were two different things. The moment we pointed it out his approach towards us changed from being this friendly guy to who the F are you to ask me all that.Other than that the overall experience was good enough for us to go back again.

The place has pretty decent food but they are way too pricy. Earlier, they were the only restaurant open at nights but now there are better options. Desert fans should try the tender coconut souffle here. Their best dish!

Always loved the taste and varieties

Loved the food ! The place looks shoddy from outside, but the interior is cozy and well maintained. Must try- Chicken stew, Blueberry Cheese Cake and Coconut Souffle. The restaurant is usually crowded at prime time. Open until 4 am. The food is really awesome.

Went for a late night dinner (1 am). Lot of people even then. They dont have power backup. Service tends to slow down because of frequent power outage. Nothing much to point out about the food. Not many options and the tastes fine. Only if you dont have any options late in the night, go here. Parking available for cars on front of the building. Can even use the adjacent street.

In my opinion, its overrated. The taste didnt meet the expectations. Also service was very poor. None of the few available waiters was interested taking order. Moreover, there was zero sense of professionalism and customer satisfaction among the people available there.

Had dinner @12:30am, waiters were too good & food was mild &tasty. All the dishes that we had were very nice
