Ramada Chennai Egmore is nice place to stay for both business and family👪. Clean and safe atmosphere, locate near by Egmore railway station (walkable distance). The breakfast 🠳☕ğŸ is delicious and have wide range of verity.

Big room where I stayed. Well maintained by staff. Food taste needs to maintain & improve. Very much expensive. Rs. 300/- charged for 2 scoops vanilla ice cream.

I had visited this place with my family and this hotel has an outdoor restaurant-Boardwalk which is by the poolside.The ambience was candle lit and beautiful.The dishes are amazing.A must visit place if you happen to be in Chennai.The service was brilliant at this restaurant.Very highly recommend visiting here.

I liked everything about Ramada egmore. The food ,the stay,the cleanliness,following covid rules everything but only one thing I would like to suggest is the a little more smiling faces at the reception. I cant say about other people,but I felt they give a little more smile,then people like us who are new to the city will feel more comfortable.Thank you for all the services😊

Such a decent cusian and also mouth watering dishes which tempt us to eat and also they have excellent water in the different way of concept I have seen by adding fresh mint leaves in water which digest our stomach easily by nature and also fresh and tasty dishes also available in nutritious way of salads etc...

Good venue for moderate events but they need to improvise the procedure of photographers entry very haunting kind of view this need to be changed thn another issue is we are not allowed to go on lifts we are carrying huge equipments along with us try to consider us but stil overall gud venue and best ambiance its very suitable place for events 🥰

Rooms are good but there are so many mosquitoes inside room. You cant enjoy your sleeping properly by spending so much money. Staff behaviour is not good. You have to call them and instruct them many times to do their work properly at time. Food quality is average.

The first thing i felt best as soon as i entered the room was the size. They were so big that i have never seen in any hotels basic category room. Could easily accommodate 4 pax and also leave space for you to move around. Definitely a recommendation if you are looking for a wedding group booking.

Hotel includes large and spacious reception, open banquet hall and closed banquet hall.All types of Indian, Chinese, continental and Arabic dishes are served according to order. No alcohol is served or it may depends on demand.Rooms are very spacious, neat and clean. Regular cleaning and maintenance is carried out. Service, staff behaviour and care is very polite and to be appreciated.

We had a birthday celebration in your banquet hall on 7th March 2021. We were given a wash and change room which was not at all good looking. The bathroom was dirty and not cleaned properly and there was no proper lights in the room. And more over the buffet food was pathetic and not worth for Rs 1200. The buffet food trays were kept open and within 10 minutes food got chilled.Overall a very pathetic and poor service.

Open roof restaurant is best. Service is little slow else overall experience is awesome.

Healthy hygienic food and pleasant stay Employees right from reception to room service were all supportive and customer friendly. I know the name of only 1 supervisor, Syed Imran who helped on day 1 of my stay. Others also provided wonderful service Only 1 suggestion - Can serve coffee/tea (milk based) in room,instead of the ready made sachets which are not sufficient/ tasty enough to make a proper coffee

I had a lovely time for 3 weeks we spent at Ramada Hotel Egmore. The Staff and management were warm, friendly and welcoming, which made our stay comfortable throughout. The food was exceptional loved the taste of southern Indian Curry. The reception of concierge John Kennedy was fantastic. Most importantly the travel desk Murray and Antonie who assisted us in picking out the best places to visit while in Chennai. Our tour guide Arual was fantastic, took us to historic & touristic destinations around Chennai and Tamil Nadu as a whole...we loved it! He made our trip to Chennai worthy while. Thank you Ramada Egmore!!!

Previously before Covid we used to book Ramada only for the Special break fast ..After Covid the quality of food is very bad and they are cheating the customers giving the Covid doctors food inside the hotel.. Avoid staying until they bring back things to normal .. With all amenities closed their fee alone remains the same ..

We are couple and we got two single beds room. All the things room dated and not clean. Some of the things in bathroom even broken. If take shower then water flows all over bathroom in dry area. There was no towel provided . I requested for towels but it given only one use. When I booked room I thought I booked with breakfast, in restaurant they should have warned me if there is no breakfast complimentary. Billed me for that extra. I wouldn’t come back here . It’s not worth money. Totally disappointed

Got an old room. But still ok..limited BF and Dinner. Dont fall to the trap of paying higher for paying higher rent and gets luch/dinner, it doesnt worth. May be all, of this constraint s because of covid. But still.. Maintenance duct is inside d room !!!!

Nicely place to stay over with family (couple + 2 kids). We didnt eat anything @ the attached restaurant and hence no comments from my side about it.We had requested for an early check-in, however landed almost @ the normal check-in timings. The front office staff Ms. Sona was kind enough to allow a late check out when we spoke and mentioned that our return journey was scheduled for later in the night the next day. The rooms are well done and efficiently maintained by the housekeeping staff and the ambience of the place is wonderful. The floor area is covered with mat on the common area leading to the rooms are nice however would need a lot of maintenance in the long run to keep it in good condition for all guests.Mr. Manikantan - I must say was extremely pleasant and went about doing his job very efficiently. The way he arranged the Kid bed that was part of the room keeping in mind the neatness of the room is appreciable. The hotel has also kept in mind energy saving and installed motion sensor lighting in common areas and this certainly caught my eye and was play for kids when the realised the feature.Thank you to all the staff for making our stay pleasant. Look forward to being there again in the future.

We organised a First Birthday party in Ramada hotel, Chennai. It was impressed to all. The service was good and the food was delicious. The chef listens to what we say and help us to satisfy our taste buds.This was the fourth event in this hotel and I feel really very happy to continue. Entire team in the banquet is very good and the service was wonderful and especially I would like to thank the banquet manager Mr. Rajesh for coordinated the event he is a model of customer service. He helped us in all possible ways, right from food selections till the end of the event. He made sure all our request are promptly addressed, special thanks to Mr. Rajesh.We are very happy of the quality of the service, food and hospitality.
