No use of prior appointment. I got appointment for 1245hrs today. But on reaching they told I dont have any info. After convincing the reception I went to scan room. There they told didnt got any message from reception. I waited for hours after getting the prior appointment. So in case of emergency cant rely on this hospital. Better try any other hospitals next time.

2 star for this hospital is only for the doctors, Recently I went to the hospital for a cut in my hand and had to put 4 stitches.The below were my experience.The nurses in this hospital are a total dumb ones who doesnt even know the abcd of medical. They handled my wound very badly which caused me too much pain than it already was. Firstly they dont even know what is the procedure in case if a person come as emergency, their attitude was so lethargic , not even one nurse did a meaningful job ( saying this after I went for 10 plus visits for my dressing of wound) , I felt even the doctors were annoyed with them.These nurses seemed like a drop outs failed ones who doesnt have any knowledge.The concerned authorities must look into this immediately as keeping them in the emergency criteria wont help the incoming patients.

Hospital facilities has been improved much with better crowd management and seperate IP and OP buildings. Hopefully their service is also satisfactory.

I took my 5 month baby for an emergency and doctor Mr.Balamurugan was available and his team treated with utmost care and spoke, explained everything to us and made us feel safe. The Ward nurses were very good especially the Night duty staff Ms.Saranya was very efficient,polite and was available at all times during whole night.The doctor keeps in touch about the baby situation.Whatever doubt we asks he listens to us and explains the situation clearly.Right from the security to all made us feel safe with their approach.Fees may be a bit high but i felt the service was worthy.They have a dedicated paediatric Service.

I admitted my wife & mom for COVID-19 treatment. Both of them were very well treated by Dr.Harish & both of them got discharged & doing fine now. I recommend Dr.Harish for his knowledge on this Virus & splendid kindness towards patient.

Dr Sudha & Dr Ramya, both did their job to the best and blessed with child.Personal & intensive care was given to my family.

Most of the positive reviews are probably fake. Never ever opt for this hospital. They have no process in place and can go to any extent to get maximum money out of you and as well as from the insurance.Some wards are infested with rats and mosquitoes.The staffs responsible for insurance and billing are very lethargic and will never do their work unless you go to them multiple times.Overall, I had a very bad experience.

Hello, i visited newlife hospital during my 9th month only. Before that i was checking in prasanth hospitals velchery. Since i was covid positive during my 39th week doc forced us to go for c sec. Thats when i decided to change hospital and we came to newlife hospital. Here Dr. Mrs. Sudha mam is very concerning and explained everytime i questioned. Here they tried for normal delivery and waited until my due date. Had 8 hours of labour pain and then i was shifted to labour ward but unfortunately my baby motioned inside so we went for c sec as per doc advice. After delivery i stayed in the hospital for 5 days all the nurses and staffs were very kind and polite and they really did a good job. Hatsoff to them. When i left the hospital i had tears in my eyes Because i could only say thankyou to them. They took good care of me and my baby. I agree their ambience is not upto the mark because of less space but service is very good. And coming to cost we paid 80k for c sec including room and 30k for overall medicine expenses. Other multispeciality hospitals cost around 1.5L for c sec alone.

We had a normal delivery but no rooms available and pre booked but surgery patients so be ready to share the common washroom with other two what ever issues other patients may have but all will be in same room head and toes will touch each other in general ward and no proper arrangement to keep your belongings and you have to walk on them Sudha mam is the only positive thing 5 star for her and - 2 for shortage of accommodation

I dont know how this doc got good name Seriously. She is full of money minded also she has ear issue, so we should talk bit louder. And for each and every question we ask she writes tests and scans thats so awful. Consultation is RS.400 but she wont even talk to patient only one or two words. She is suggesting Plenty of costly medicines, tests and scans. She has gone next level now there is a tie up with other scan centers too like Indian scans. She will take scan In hospital it wont be even a minute and then she will suggest to a scan center for the same type of scans.My suggestion if you want to consult this doc be ready with plenty of cash and time to waste. It will help her to build one more hospital. Worst ever service. For every step she will make you scare and will give you lot of tests and scans.

We went there for an emergency for my dad who developed a chest pain all of a sudden. Their emergency ward looks dilapidated with no proper facilities for patients. They dont even have oxygen in place for emergency admission. Hospital negligence caused my dads death. Extremely worst emergency ward. They made my dad walk inspite of knowing he had severe chest and left arm pain. No proper stretcher or wheel chair for patients. People need to boycott this useless hospital especially their emergency care unit.

Worst experience with this hospital. They arrange your cards due date wise and Mark a date for c section very early and give some or the other reason for it. Not a place for normal delivery. Not a place where doctor tries to know your condition. Doctors 3 sentences for the 400 money is take these tablets regularly, eat Vegetables, fruits and if you eat well baby will grow well, baby is good with a less than a millisecond touch in the stomach. People are money-minded, they ask us to take unnecessary scans for money, they scare us with news instead of telling us what to be done, initially the doc was better thats the reason people chose this place but now the doc has become money-minded too and is always in a hurry. Only job of her is to make us believe that we need a c section. Or at least compel us until be set a date with them. Maybe there were good normal deliveries that happened here for initial years and the hospital got the name. Now money speaks. HENCE NOT A PLACE FOR NORMAL DELIVERY AND OB-GYN WORTH VISITS.

My wife was under labor pain with severe bleeding.....for emergency I came to this hospital....Dr.Sudha mam attended us very politely....sisters and staffs very caring....my wife was extreme pain with severe bleeding at 26 weeks of gestation undergone a normal delivery and baby admitted in nicu...many of the people told me that this hospital is fully money minded....but this hospital is not like that...with great patience andextreme fear I got my little 🤴 boy baby out of twins ...though it was premature delivery and twins,I was very much happy....in getting atleast one baby.....really this hospital is not money minded.... both mother and baby are good now....really heart felt thanks to Dr.K.Sudha mam, and millions of thanks to Dr.Arun Kumar and rest of the NICU team and even I like to extend my thanks to all the staff nurses, housekeeping ....the credit goes to all of them...

From the very first day, Dr. Sudha has been very helpful with her expert advise. Good lab infrastructure for maternity scans with in-house physiotherapist, neonatalogist, pediatrician and other experts. I also received good care post my delivery from the staffs and nurses. Special care was given by the pediatricians, Dr. Jayanthi, Dr Arun Kumar and Dr. Balamurugan. Also thanks to all the staffs and nurses of the NICU unit for taking the utmost care of my baby throughout our stay in the hospital.

Weve have been there for a gynec visit, Horrible nurses and billing staff...Heavily crowded, least responsibile and highly contagious environment.Wont recommend them to anyone. They are a 3rd grade hospital, qalified to be a clinic rather than a hospital.Cant comment about doctors as we have been there only once for a minor issue.Pregnent mothers, please avoid this place.

Don’t go . We believed Sudha but her small mistake ( missed to take scan before delivery ) made our life shattered. Due to cord around neck her vocal cord paralysed .My baby is struggling almost an year with tracheostomy tube we suffered mentally, physically and financially a lot . Don’t know how my daughter life will be. She is the only reason for everything . Don’t go to this hospital . Only money minded . It’s her mistake not at the time of delivery but she didn’t realise it .

I really had a worst experience with this hospital... actually we went for our sisters delivery for the first they said that they prefer normal delivery but during the time of labour pain they force us to cesarian ...and the room in the hospital are in worst condition (actually the rest condition I cant even explain) seriously they charge more amout of money for simple things and they discharge us very quickly (in 2 day after cesarian) and after the discharge my sister condition became even more worst ...we went again to the same hospital and admitted for 5 days...this is due to hospital negligence but for the five days they dont even claim for insurance and reception person dont even give proper bill and they charge more on medical expenses...in my personal thought காசு கொடுத்து கஸ்டபடனும்ன இங்க பொங்க ...nallavae theriyum bill pagal kollanu ...but guys kasu ponalum treatment nalla kodukanum athu kooda inga kedaiyathu...they dont even deserve single star.

No experienced doctors and service. Crowded place due to less number of doctors, beds, visitors place, parking space, etc. Very compact surrounding. Though hospital is 24*7, doctors are available only at specific time. Recommended only for basic consultations. Not for major health issues. (Note: Strictly not recommended for pregnancy)Medication and services done seems to be unknown. No proper explanation given. Communication and Hospitality is not satisfactory. Need improvement in maintaining the hospital. Noisy atmosphere - since everyone keep asking for questions & explanation.

Please, new moms read this before going to this hospital..this is worst hospital full of money minded..they always think of money not your health..i am telling this with my personal experience, i had gone to this hospital when i was 40 days pregnant and had shown till delivery...they will ask to take number of tests every month, but they will not explain anything..i had no health issues anything...Fully prepared for normal delivery, but their had done c section ...if you want normal delivery, please please dont visit this hospital, my humble request..they had no enough space, no explanation for any report, c section for very simple reasons, full of money minded..

Amazing hospital and good care.I underwent c section here and it was so much better than my first worst experience.sudha maam and duty doctors,nurses and housekeeping all of them were excellent. They did their best. Post operative care and discharge advice was quite good.I recovered and came back home in three days.I would suggest this hospital for everyone.

Systematic treatment. I went to this hospital till 7th month of my pregnancy time. Suddenly they told water level is too low and they started giving glucose thrice a day for one week then they asked me to admit in the hospital and take a glucose for a whole day. I just came home and took 4 litres of water, watermelon and good healthy food diet as suggested bt another comsulting doctor. I became normal the very next day. They just create insecurity in our mind and making money out of it. My baby born just one week before my due date through normal delivery in another hospital.Kind advise:Please do take a second opinion if they post any negative thoughts on your body condition.

This hospital deserves a negative rating. This is the worstest hospital in the whole city. Such lethargic attitude of the staff and the doctor just doesnt explain your condition. They dont even give a computerized bill after delivery. They ask to buy 10 injection out of which only 4 would be used and the others would be sent to the pharmacy. Dr. Sudha charges 400 for consultation to speak 4 sentence. Take your tablets regularly, have a lot of fruits & vegetables, baby is good and the more you eat, the more the baby grows. Right from the first check-up youd be fed with the thought that you have complications and hence it would end in c-section. Patients are being called 10 - 15 days prior to the due date and theyll fix the same day for delivery according to the availability of the beds. The labour ward and the rooms in the govt hopsitals are way better than the one in this hospital. You are made to spend thousands for unnecessary scans. Ppl here are money minded and are just not worried about the patients condition. Couldnt record everything in writing cuz there are lot more than what I wrote Not a place for normal delivery. Id say this is not a place for delivery. Be ready to go under knife once you get into this hospital.

This is very worst hospital. I couldnt imagine at all. Doctor (Staff nurse) prescribed all tests but test results are not even opened by doctor. She prescribed one liquid . But i am not instructed to whether wash or drink. So while buying at pharmacy i asked how much i need to drink. By God grace that time i got to know its to wash. Its doctors duty to instruct the patient. If they dont hav time they have to limit the token. So i decided to change doctor now.

Money money money...if you dont know how to spend your money during pregnancy go there..u get so many shocks..shock 1 without even seeing test report they will say baby is good..doctors mind is always in room availability..shock 2 I was given date for cesearean 3 weeks prior to due for all normal reports,because they are not sure whether room will be available after that..we cant express our views regarding the date..shock 3 after surgery they will send us home 2nd day itself nurse told..I dont want to suffer from shock 3..moved to other hospital

But they are not ready to listen to issues. They have a their set of procedure theyll follow that. With Doctor Sudha you get 2mins thats all... we are basically not satisfied with the visit. Actually i have been to this hospital few times when my friends delivered thier babies here. So Im known to thier poor infrastructure ! Keeping that aside, I convinced myself to choose this hospital as all my friends who delivered 4-5 years back had only normal delivery.I came here only for delivery as I was in abroad till 8 months. So I went through only 2 checkup there and in the 2nd checkup which is 2 weeks before my delivery date , the doctor prescribed me a powder to drink ! I drank it in d afternoon of that day and my water broke at night. Rest of d stories are usual - Induced pain, aft 3-4 hrs of pain d duty doctors convinces to c section with a point tat baby may get infections. So I went through c section and got discharged. Aft coming out of all traumas, I questioned myself that why did I go through c section when I was very active ! All said, if d water havent broken den you would have got a chance to deliver normal ! Then I looked fr the powder that I drank. It was said that d powder increases d water and my scan result showed that I have more water content already. If tat is the case, why did she prescribed it ?! I believe only that could b reason fr my water break. Just because I came here only fr delivery , they took a chance on me !! All those normal delivery stories are gone once they got a fame. Now all they want is fund to build thier new hospital. Please dont choose this hospital. There are better hospitals in the city. Pls dont prefer this.

Worst place to go. For my wife i went along with her for initial check up. it was a nightmare to us.Even if you get phone appointment, no one knows when you will consult doctor. Now a days duty doctor is verifying (mostly doing everything) and superior is endorsing. Without checking patients health other aspects, they are prescribing medicines.Now a days trending is water scarcity. It is not only in chennai but also with Future mothers A.F. In order to build their another floor in hospital all the patients are prescribed to take drips.For the name of doctor and economic reason people are flocking. It is not a cheap hospital, for the same rate please go to some other fair hospitals where you will get comfortable and happy treatment.i am not recommending any PREGNANT ladies to go there for the sake of a doctor.

It has been 2.9yrs since my baby born there. Such a talented doctors. Dr Sudha and Dr Abirami were excellent and senior nurse Revathi were really knowledgeable. Rest of junior staff nurses have to show their interest when treating patients

Worst hospital . Dont ever visit this. I tell this after my personal experience.they will give at least 1 blood test and urinary swab test every month. Every visit takes half a day. After so much pain staking wait doctor hardly talks for 1 min. for other good hospitals.i think all 5 stars are either working staffs or relatives.

My first baby born here on 03 dec 19 Dr. sudha only diagnosed. Since babys heartbeat is high they suggested for cesarean and told no other option for normal delivery. But i didnt expect this because my wife and baby was doing good till the last hour. Other than this the hospital is very clean and nurses are polite and caring.

Just one week before my kid born in New life . After delivery night there is no power supply for one hour . We are without fan and AC. There is no response from Admin. Extremely worst maintenance .After birth I came for first review. A.c. is not working no air ventilation. I am waited for more than 2 hours no one came to repair. My new born kid become unwell due to over sweat.NEVER PREFER THIS HOSPITAL. Too much crowd the Admin dont know to handle the appointments. Too much of waiting time .NEVER BRING YOUR WIFE HERE FOR SURE YOU WILL BE IN TROUBLE.The amount the charge is equal to other fair hospital . Dont think this hospital is cheap .Very worst hospital

I would like to say that Doctor is a very experienced person and will be able to help in all kind of situations. So the trust in doctor is not a problem. But the amount of time she spends with each person is very very less due to the long waiting queue outside. Hardly we can interact with her for 2 mins per visit. That is one of the problem with doctor.Secondly, the hospital environment is pathetic. During check up times also, we will end up spending half a day in the hospital itself. Next during delivery time also, due to the lack of rooms three delivered mothers along with the baby are put into a single room, which I feel is very very bad. The privacy will be very less.Third thing is, the hospitality of the nurses. The time the baby born, they will come and try to feed with mothers milk, but in any case if the mother is not able to feed, they directly suggest the powder milk. They didnt try hardly for making the child get from her mother saying the lack of milk with Mom. The doctor is also least cared about that. Its been hard time to make the kid to get from mom later.The hospital administration should at least take some time to standardize the queue at least for the pregnant ladies. Nobody is doing charity treatment and end of the day, we only are the people who are suffering.

The below things, need to be addressed by hospital management,1. Need to get token after BP check up only.2. Worst steps for getting Doctor appointment.3. Need to wait for more than 4 hours to meet Doctor.4. Careless on giving reports in time.5. There is no proper seating arrangement for patients.6. Doctor repeatedly giving same counseling on each visit.

Money minded hospital.... Very worst Experience with this hospital.. everyone was behaves like doctor. U should pay consulting fee 400rs but no proper response from anyone.... U can get single word answer from doctor as well as nurses.. if u want more clarification from doctor, u never get it from Dr.. lot of crowd. Not facilities.. if u want new life of ur baby pls dont go there ..

One of the best hospital for maternity and treatment was superb with utmost care. One of the best experience was nurse treatment. It’s was awesome. They take care the patients superbly. Hospital may looks small but staffs doing their work properly. Pre & Post delivery they are taking good care. More crowd always we need to wait around two hours every visit for consultation. Overall I am satisfied.

One of the worst hospital in sembakkam..they dont care about patients..why dont you give limited appointments if you have only one gynaecologist? Are you running government hospital? Dont worth the hype..many good doctors are there in sembakkam..not even worth for zero rating

Earlier the hospital was good. Now the service is very bad. They are not limiting the number of patients per day and has become worse than govt hospital. No proper place even for sitting for patients. For delivery also no proper room facilities. Worst after care. They have become very money minded. Better to avoid

I recommend this hospital only when you have patience... The waiting period will definitely be more than 3hours..in between doctor goes for delivery cases. No idea how long we have to wait. I was fooled with long waiting.. And also i suggest to take lunch or dinner with u because no idea when u will return. And finally i returned without approaching doctor.. As my child was no more willing to sit in the hospital.. After 4 hours i returned back. Your patience will be tested here. My token no was 11.doctor came at 6.30pm. There will be two appointments direct and phone. Phone was going fast and stopped and stopped at 6 and direct stopped at no 4...i dont what the patients were doing inside.. I was eagerly waiting for token 11..after 40mins the doctor went to delivery case. That was also not informed after that also i waited for 1 hour. My son started crying.. When i requested to send me early... They replied doctor is in delivery case. It will take more 20mins.and i thought no more hopes the time was 8.30pm and returned back. Went at 4pm.why do they take so many appointments when this much time is taking. Why they cannot limit the no. After me more than 50 people came waiting outside. I dont know they might have returned home defenitely midnight... Due to corona as I was thinking it was no more safe to wait there... I returned back. Am asking the hospital.. What are you thinking about the patients valuable time...??? What in case of emergency... Please i strongly recommend dont ever go to this hospital.... If you have patience then only u go..... I couldnt give you 1 star also.. But as i have to give review.. I have given 1star.the wastest hospital i visited in my life. Got very much frustrated...

Hospital crowded with people but out patient count was less.Could able to see the doctor in 15 mins though not a proper or comfortable place to sit and talk (very small space provided to doctor and surrounded by nurses over that space) .not a friendly doctor but not bad though comparatively.

Excellent care. Dr.Sudha, woman of simplicity, humanity and ready to clear all our doubts. Each and every staff are quite good reply always with patience

Hospital is specially known for pregnancy/Delivery and for infant care. but there is no space allotted for feeding in such a big hospital. Even the shops and malls plan for a separate feeding section. there is no queue system followed for paying bills hence it will be crowded like a fish market. pay more for junior doctors who will just consult their Sr and give you the reply, no proper response or advise but attitude.

Very satisfied. Kind and supportive staffs and doctors to motivate and did Normal delivery even though I asked for C-section at the last moment due to severe pain. Had successful normal delivery and have a cute little baby boy . Very very happy about their service.

My wife admitted today and got delivered the baby normally as my wife not cooperate the doctor and nurses hence they tried and make the patient in the normal delivery form. We heartfelt thanking to Dr. Sudha mam and nurses.

If you want feel Ramana movie hospital scene, you can go-to this hospital. Fully money minded hospital. I went one emergency situation they r not even allow me to see doctor for check up . Nurses are doing treatment without informing doctor. And asking me to pay this and buy this and that. I felt insecure when my wife is in this hospital. After fighting with them they allow me to see the doctor. Doctor is good but hospital environment is too worst. If you are not care about your wife and your baby you can visit this hospital.

Very worst services waiting for long time for a blood test and other checkup like pressure etc and less man power in this hospital staff and nurses. Over crowded in hospital no siting arrangements there in siting area. Every take normal weight and pressure checkup almost took 3 hours after that move to take boold then meet to doctor so you spend 5 to 6 hours for a checkup. Hospitality management is very worst.cloud improve your hospitality management.
