Staff seems courteous, my usual assumption of people in India and many more places is that they treat younger people with lesser attention and respect, this place didnt seem to be the case. I also would recommend this place to people whore from Kerala as there seem to be some native speakers of Malayalam here among the staff. Although i didnt interact much, I can say I liked it, I mean that for the customer service as for prices, at the time of me writing this review, 10 gms of silver is at 686 ₹, 1 gm of 22 CT Gold is at 4450 ₹. There doesnt seem to be any discount on 1 bhavan (local measurement) but then again I do not know the norm. An extra 3% GST tax besides the non-general wastage cost will most likely be levied as well. They seem to feature golden, and silver necklaces, rings, and more besides the gold and diamond combo section as I would put it in my own words, together with the service of either selling your own jewelry, or exchanging them but the latter did not seem to be too cheap in my judgement. They also seem to have other ornaments and platters made out of silver so props. Overall, come check the place out if you wanna get an idea of what kinda rare material ornaments you want to buy for either yourself or for a gift to one lucky person.

Yesterday I went to buy 11 grams worth gold coin by exchanging jewellery which was brought from kalyan itself. When I went to other shops they were ready to take at todays price and give gold coin. Kalyan jwellers person was so rude that he first said u cant buy gold coin exchanging jewellery then wen I said its ur jwellwery at that time he reduced 100 rs per gram saying that even if it is 916 then also we will reduce amount if u buy coin. So cheat people their sales persons r so rude nd highest cheat in the world.they think they r working in some big huge bank. The way they treat the customers is worst , I will tell u all once thing. The moment customers stop coming to ur shop pl remember head wieght sales persons ur salaries r gone

They have a good collection all together. I have bought a diamond ring, silver kada and gold bangles from there. But the only thing irritates me is that they force you to get some or the other scheme from them nd all. Its all peoples choice if they want or not. Everytime I go, they will ask me to get a scheme nd will start explaining about it even if you are not interested. But collection wise the store in chrompet has good collection.

Chrompet job has limited design and collection. Wastage percentage is more, cant acceptable for wastage percentage. If they reduce wastage will help all kind of middle class families too.

I used to buy here believing better negotiation. Recently i found a gold coin with 4% making charge which is too high for a gold coin. I said this to sales executive and asked for negotiation since i already have a gold chit and a loyal customer. He didnt help. We ended up buying in Grt with 1.3%Kalyan is not good to buy for all the time. Double check and buy.

Purchased Antique metti of 5.7 gram (including stone in the metti).silver rate is 69 rupees.so 393( they included stone weight and calculated the silver pricing). For service charge they charged 182 rupees , which is nearly 40-50% of the price.i called even the customer care and registered a complaint.No proper solution.They say it as Gundan stone metti and it would cost that much.but I dont feel this as proper solution.while purchasing they said no cost for stone.After complaint the shop keeper says stone cost also included.i feel its not fair way of doing business.in future if I decide to buy gold,I will not go to this shop.

Branded Jewellery Ruby is overpriced though it come with certificate and lifetime warranty it is pricey. The gold collection is good sales people are good if they have to sustain they have to work on the price. Parking is a issue right now due to construction in the front of the building.

Theyll do their best to make you believe that they are very customer friendly.Theyve got a good range of gold and silver.Theyve got a few savings schemes with different denominations. You can pay for the schemes online too.But dont get carried away by advertisements reg wastage or making charges.One thing that bothers me is their attitude. They will give attention only when you get in to buy gold that too for a tidy sum.They wont bother when you go to pay savings scheme. The only reason I continue savings scheme here is that I will be able to buy gold coins for the amount saved

They have good collection of necklace. Very limited in number, but trendy and good looking. But cost is way too expensive. Charges came to close to 45% of gold price. They say uncut...blah..blah. But it is certainly expensive. I purchased similar item from GRT. Staff response was OK. The moment I knew the price was high and decided to leave, they did not even bother to explain the reasoning. If you go to any other jewellery shop they will do their best to convince you which is clearly missing.

Ive bought some product here.. all are good.. nothing issues.. but they used to ask you to join in the scheme... so that you can buy other products using that scheme.. that also good for the persons who can save and buy later.. they used to give some discount as well..

Customer service is very important. But I dont think they really care about customer or what they doing. Training the staff is not a issue for them.. worst staff response and they have first priority for chit chat and funny talk with other staff which is important more than customer for them.

If we compare other jewellery shops this will not happen.Billing Sections : Billing person is a hypocrite, He said one & does the another.. For Example : He assured flat 15% off in total billing charges But he had done in ornaments making charges which is very very small amount to my billing charges.So these two incidents made me as worst experience in my first visit to KALYAN Jewellers Chrompet..

A Good Place to Buy a Jewels, Bike & Car Parking is available, Its on the Opposite of Super Saravana Store, So Bus stop is too near to Kalyan. They are having lots schemes for our future Plans and needs. Money will speak everywhere. Thats all.

Worst Shop for gold/silver jewels. They charge for insurance for all gold and it broke after the insurance period expires. They have worst material used for making the gold and it broken after few years. I personally experienced this now. Rate is also very expensive compared to other shops. Dont ever waste your valuable money in this kalyan jewellers. Instead, go for other jewellery shop to buy good material gold and silver with less price.
