I feel lucky to join this GYM!! I have never been to GYM before this! I have always thought going to GYM means running on treadmills, lifting weights, strict salad diets, protein shakes etc.,But I was taken by surprise with the approach that our coach follows!A very practical way of transforming your body and mind! Understanding your body, embracing it and transforming it to the best of yours!I really love the environment! It has been four fruitful years for me at DYO FITNESS CLUB. Coach P. Mareeswaran and the trainers are professional and their communication is good and on point. He advises to have a transformation by building sustainable habits. His constant motivation and initiatives help us be on track to reach our goals. Group training sessions are perfect. When lockdown was announced and gyms were closed, Kettlebells were given to us and Live interactive online sessions are happening through FIT-X DYO FITNESS CLUB APP.

The training that I never saw before anywhere, I gone to some other couple of gyms in the past but here the passion of trainers r really appreciated and I personally lost almost 9kgs with normal diet and workout plan offered here within 3 months but I know am not still following any diet plan offered here so couldnt show much progress. I would say this is the right place even for online fitness training sessions as now after lockdown 2021 we are continuing our daily routine workouts at home itself through online, am not feeling any difference between the workout done at premises and now at home. They have a clear and effective plans for every day. So I think people far away from tambaram, chennai can also can sure register and get fit yourself and that is DYO (do your own) !

It has been almost 2 years since I joined Dyo fitness Club. Before joining here, I was always of the assumption that fitness means only reducing weight and looking slim. After joining here is what I realised that fitness is actually a complete lifestyle change. The main USP of dyo fitness club is that it makes you like to go there and motivates you a lot to stay fit. Apart from this, there are lot of fun activities which add spice to the training program. The various workouts like functional training, HIIT, strength training etc are carefully planned so that the workouts dont seem monotonous but kindles interest to participate in the workout.

As a lazy person, I thought going to the gym was not my thing....Infact I was repulsed by it... deciding to change my lifestyle i started going to DYO Fitness Club and thats the best thing that happened... Because this is not just a Gym atleast the way they get you to do you workout doesnt feel like a typical Gym... especially on Saturday bootcamps... Those are the best.... you get to play, have fun and get your workout done all the the same time.... I am happy to mention here that I got to know about DYO fitness club back in 2016 through social media. Relocating to a different city made me to discontinue after few months. I joined back in Dec 2020 and realised that DYO has evolved to a great extent in a span of 4 years. From a gym, DYO became a proper Functional Training Club (Talk to our Coach Mr. Mareeswaran to understand the difference), here the major focus is on right form and sustainable progress of your fitness goal. Boot camp on Saturdays is an icing on the cake. Instructors Keerthana and Hari are super awesome in helping a beginner to progress as an advance member. Last but not least, motivating peer group to workout together, to celebrate festivals and to socialise.

It is a place with its own Vibe ❤️ I would call it as the temple of my body...✨.Situated in close proximity to MCC college, Tambaram amidst the houses the pavement you walk through itself is so green and vibrant... And once you enter the Ginger ground, its full of lucious green plants and creepers, with birds chirping all around. 🪴💮🌺🌿🌸🏵️🍃☘️🌻🍀🪴Anyone would like to workout in an open space like this, with fresh air blowing on your face and the oxygen from the trees energising.🌿🌱🌳☘️.also the best music and soundtrack 🤩🥳🏋️🤸Added to this our training starts usually at 5 30 AM .. Hi all. This is keerthana, a happy and proud member of DYO FITNESS CLUB ❤️ My coach Mr.Mareeswaran changed my life completely in a positive way. Before joining Dyo fitness club I was worrying about my overweight due to stress. My weight went up to 75kgs. I thought this won’t work and badly wanted a good guidance. Then decided to join dyofitnessclub. Thank God. That is the best decision i took in my life. If i am fit and healthy now it’s mainly because of my coach. Even during this lockdown online classes are being conducted by our coach regularly with personalised workout list. He also makes sure that our diets are filled with enough nutrients. Here my coach doesn’t concentrate on physical health alone but also on our mental health. Yoga, breathing exercises, stretches are being taught and asked to be practiced daily in order to stay healthy during this pandemic. He even gave each of us a kettlebell before lockdown to do kettlebell training (with all the precautionary measures) even at home. Perfect gym for a combination of strength training, HIIT and conditioning workouts. Every day there is a new combination of workout which keeps us exciting. Have been going to DYO Fitness for almost a month now and love the experience so far.Some of the stand-outs of this Gym from all others are:1. Boot-Camps in which we are given new trainings every other day and we never get a dull moment.2. We would also go for Beach/Hill Climbing Sessions every other week.3. The exercises are NOT personalized and often led to injuries. The head coach creates exercises based on half baked theories and focusses on the wrong things. Did not lead to weight loss or muscle mass. Only injuries.The gym runs on a few core members, who havent lost weight. The group activities are more focussed on fun and what looks good on camera.The head coach spends most of his time on his phone, sitting on the gym floor and chatting with the others, often disrupting the workouts. He very, very often loses count during a workout and has to be repeatedly reminded of the number of reps.Save yourself and find a coach who knows what hes talking about and will make sure you are not injured in the process of working out.

It is the best place to get fit. Its not about body building here, it is more of strengthening and endurance training which is the most important part to be covered before getting buffed muscles.The trainers here are really good and monitor you through out the hour. There will always be 2 - 3 trainers when you are training so its like you would not need a PT itself. They correct you here and then which itself is like PT.Wish they had lot of branches, so that everyone can get benefitted and are really not expensive compared to other cross-fitness camps in chennai.It is a wonderful place to start your fitness journey. Being a mom of 2 kids and having undergone multiple surgeries, its great feeling to get back to fitter and stronger.Coach Mr. Mareeswaran, had helped me in the understanding the requirements and trained me accordingly. I wont believe in ur words MR.MILES REGIS iam the person lost about 40kg (110kg to 70kg) with proper diet and proper training by only one trainer (THE COACH). My first class with this club was on a new year, it was a trial class which motivated me to join this club without resisting.I have been into many gyms, where I used to do most of the workouts still couldnt find the proper positions in each of them.Here, within a month I was able to do most of the exercise with proper positions. I learned doing cardio alone will not reduce my weight., lifting weights will benefit more.Though I had a spine problem, I am lifting the weights now 🏋️‍♂️ without fearing.Couldnt believe its been 8 months, still our coach is still teaching various workouts and variations each day.The most important thing you forget your personal and professional stress as soon you step in this club. What to say? Its a fitness and laughter club which makes you fit mentally and physically.

DYO fitness is the place to be in if you are looking to transform. This is not a regular gym were you just go, lift weights and end up not seeing results. I always being a fitness enthusiast, not freak have been searching for good gyms in and around Selaiyur, Tambaram. I have even tried few gyms which did not help in getting desired results. Also, the trainers not being efficient enough to there clients. The drop in enthusiasm eventually lead me to quit everywhere.I came across DYO fitness from scratch and found this place with good reviews. I thought why not give it a try. I have reduced 6.5 kilos in last 3 months. The HIIT workouts are done in groups and hence you are not left out doing workouts alone. The head coach Mareeswaran and the trainers Dhileeban and Hari are very efficient and also give individual attention, so no one is left out in there journey to transformation. Oh, it’s 5.15 A.M, start to Dyo..... yes, I have become a full fledged DYO woman. My day starts with DYO and ends with a enthusiasm thinking of “Hurray!!!Tomorrow is a HIIT workout”. It’s not a regular gym with treadmills and cycling machines which can just warm up your body but they teach you the actual style of living. They offer,1. Diet regulation advice2. Weight loss in a gradual phase3. Strength and stamina endurance4. Cardio and breathing5. Weight lifting and body building6. HIIT and LISS - short and sweet methodsWhat DYO doesn’t recommend,1. Artificial weight reduction supplements2. Steroids and Hormonal items.They are Nature’s friends. You will get a different experience on week end sessions such as Beach boot camps, hill climbing and trekking, cycling, running and yoga.Finally, am I exaggerating? No, really not. I was 78 when I checked my weight during my 12th standard farewell. I have been to multiple gyms and have tried multiple crash diets,but this is the best gym that have given me ample results that no other gyms gave me.I learnt that you can do still cardio without getting on a treadmill.i learnt that weighting lifts will never make a girl bulky.Before when I used to work out at other gyms I dont know why and for what body part am doing the exercise. Here they teach you every little thing about exercise from scratch. Because they do a lot of homework on each of us before every event so that everyone of us is benefited from the event :)Rather than telling this as gym,we can call it an institute where they teach you exercises,provide enough practice and make you fitness experts.About the coach, Mr.Mareeswaran, he teaches you discipline before anything.He makes every session lively and pushes one to his best. He will definitely make you achieve your fitness goals, all you need to do is be regular :). He has great passion towards what he does and has a good knowledge on fitness and you can blindly follow whatever he instructs. The diet that he advices is the best out of all the ones I have tried. I finally knew what carbs,proteins, fats are and how much I should take them. I am 54 now and its all because of the encouragement that master and other members in the gym gave me :).I would highly highly highly recommend this place to anyone who is struggling to lose weight :)
