Within the city . Very nice facility for it companies . Stood strong even during chennai floods . Well planned and well maintained. Cafeteria is good, not many big names . Lot of product based and service based IT companies inside. They have constructed a foot over bridge along with govt which connects the office entry gate with the thiruvanmiyur railway station. It is very useful for pedestrians who travel by local emu train.

Great SEZ in Chennai. I believe its the most populous in terms of size of people.It has a play area recently built up.It has food courts.Some of the tower are exclusively held by companies like Amazon and CTS.Parking spot would be like a maze.The place has short eats which accept cash and also eateries of Planet Yumm.The property has enough staff to maintain it well.

I have spent three and a half years here and have to say this is one of the best places to have your office, the breeze that you get here with the Malabar coffee at true south will make your day.

One of the largest tech park in Chennai. There is ample parking space and a large park in the middle. Looks like a mini city with 100s of companies accommodate the IT city. There is always traffic congestion in the entrance of the IT park.

Very big Multi-tenant IT park, close to Thiruvanmiyur railway station and Tidal park which is another big IT park.Food court is available inside each tower, but its bit costly.

One of the major IT hub in Chennai with a HiFi facility. There are 15+ organization inside TRIL. The facility is neat and clean always.Since its in heart of the city, the connectivity to this place is easier via train/bus. On the negative side is the worst signal traffics.TRIL has beautiful open park with play areas designated for cricket, tennis, volleyball, throwball and basket ball.There are various food shops available with in TRIL, which makes it even more prettier.

Working in TRIL for 5 years, it is my 2nd home where I spend my most of time.

One of the better IT Parks in Chennai. Home to many multinational companies, it is a Leeds certified facility that follows ecologically viable operational practices. Though yet to reach capacity as some parts of it are still under construction. It has world class amenities. The food courts are well appointed with a choice of outlets serving varied menus. One striking feature of this place is its ample parking lots, which is unlike other IT Parks in the city. With the addition of a creche, a couple of banks, a florist, the facility is slowly priming up.

Good modern facility and walking area during lunch time is very breezy. Refreshing. Food court is decent, has a good variety and is spacious. Gym has sufficient equipments. Approach road is also neatly done now.

I worked there for two years. it is very nice and neat place. The name of the building is Ramanujam IT city. There are lot of companies are there like CTS, TCS, Infosys, Etc.

Great location and wonderfully well maintained. Nice food courts and view of the ocean from many buildings.

Nice work place and spacious as well. But the service road access is a bottleneck and only one way to access is also a problem. Getting choked in prime hours.

The most interesting building blocks especially the underground parking lots. Aptly suitable for long walks from one block to another and no compromise for fresh air quality as youll have plenty. Buildings are not aesthetically pleasing but it is great when you are inside them.

This is one of my most favorite places in the whole wide world. Its a good place to work in with look alike towers named after great mathematicians coupled with central courtyard with exquisite gardens.

The IT city is very big and it has lots of amenities apart from work place. It has park and play area to walk around and relax from work.

Good office infrastructures with well-planned parking... the issue is it is very much inside from the main draw and it is difficult for the associates who are using public transportation to reach office during summer and in the mornings... List usage is very much confusing for the new Associates to the building.. in a nutshell very attractive buildings and good place for companies.. Cheers

Very very poor management. The managements goal is to make employee experience as tough as possible. Nowadays their new toy is the scanning system that have been installed near the gate 1, which is the slowest scanning system that ever existed on this planet. Because of this machine people have to have 15-20 mins just to let their bags get scanned. Also the traffic management of TRIL is pathetic. Morng and evenings are hell and specially on a rainy day..its better to stay in office.

Better place to work i can say.It is certified as green park.And mostly every year events are conducted like musical night for exampleLocated at right place - Near to local train and bus stand.One of good place i have worked in chennai.

Consist of various IT companies in a single campus. Some of the companies inside TRIL IT park are cognizant, TCS, Citi, Amazon etc. It consist of various food stalls, cafeterias etc. The infrastructure is good but it doesnt have features like sports center which are found in other IT parks.

This place located at Taramani.In this place around 30 company there and mostly cognizant, TCS, AstraZeneca, Mindtree people working. There always heavy traffic and bus,train, share auto facilities available to reach other place.

I have not seen Tidel park but trust me TRIL is a huge built IT park . U may feel that you are in Abroad .. because those huge buildings and the approach looks fantastic.

Very Organised work location.. We have plenty of IT cos inside this campus. Improvement in traffic maintenance and pedestrian care too. Eco friendly location. Have 5 levels of parking. Love working here.Cons: No local shops near by. Previously there were numerous local shops allowed near OUT gate. Now they have removed everything. We dont have a budget shops to eat anything inside campus or outside campus.

A huge IT Complex on a IT Highway. Well maintained and managed. Ample parking space. Nice food courts with free wi-fi. 24/7 Medical doctors available. Good surrounding. Water stags on entrance during rainy days that makes public uncomfortable to walk. A new foot over bridge coming up near to the location to cross the road and connect to the station.

Location wise, the IT park is in prime location and well connected by MRTS,MTC and out public transport. The ambience and view are excellent. The maintenance is also remarkable. If we are opting for the public transport to the location, we need to walk a lot to enter the office as the distance from bus stop to the office entrance is more than 1 KM. One more issue is that, a part of it is still in construction, which makes the area dusty and noisy.

TRIL or Ramanujan IT CITY PARK, in Taramani Area. Its a software sez with around 20+ companies varying from MNCs to Startups. Few of them are Amazon, Cisco, Citi Bank, TCS, Mindtree, Cognjzant, Fidelity, Microfocus, Astragenica and LatentView Analytics.

It has a better work environment, though its not wide and having much free space, it always have a great breeze of air.

Location location location! Proximity to city is a huge plus. But Tidel signal robs most of the advantage away.Had decent options in the food court and a whole range of services from banking to medicines

Good facility & Infrastructure having few drawbacks on accessibility & Traffic. All the roads leading to this facility has jam-packed Traffic during most if the days. And the MRTS may help those reside in that line. To connect from GST side they entirely rely upon road. If MRTS connection between velachery and mount is established its convenient for commuters from GST road.

Good facilities and location for IT companies, strategic advantage of being just adjacent to the IIT Madras Research Park and near suburban railway station. But has lot of concrete and very less greenery, landscaping.
