This bus depot located in North chennai. You will get buses from here to reach other parts of chennai.

We get a Bus for all over chennai we get a metro here

Roads are not properly maintained for the last 3 years no more caretaker in the heart of North city

Important bus stand for north chennai peoples to go around the central and South chennai...

Thiruvottiyur bus depot otherwise known as Ajax bus stand. Depot is very large place but poor maintenance. From here you can find bus anywhere in Chennai and thiruvaloor. Now because of the metro work the bus routes are collapsed and took more time then before. The bus stand also changed from depot to opposite to royal Enfield. The main facility here is you can took monthly passes and book tickets in SETC buses to all over Tamil Nadu. Some buses also available from this depot to some south districts. And have lodge facilities nearby the depot and winco railway station also nearby like 500meters.
