The hotel was maintained very well and clean. The staff were very courteous, especially the restaurant staff. They were very polite and friendly. The food was good and price reasonable. Was a pleasant experience overall.I was there with my mother. The ambience was homely and we felt safe.

For ages Gokulam park has decided to die antique. They have never changed the gloomy front office and top of it the staff compliment the appearance of the hotel. You will not know if the FO staff is a security guard or security guard is the FO staff. Welcoming place to play parking mania and be prepared to get locked and pay penalty to Traffic police coz of lacking parking lot.

Worst experience from the Hotel receptionist and restaurant staff. I have booked the hotel for a week but for some reason I had to leave in emergency. i asked lady on front if she can cancel rest of 2 days of my stay and get my money back. She said since this was booked by MMT so I better deal with them. i called MMT and MMT called the hotel back.Hotel staff said Manager is not here so call after 2 days. MMT called after 2 days and manager said guest never informed us that he is checking out so no refund. Liers!!! And I had some more than 300 rs bill unpaind in restaurant of hotel when I left so hotel staff called me to pay. i paid them right away through Google pay. Now they are claiming that I never paid that one too. Don’t go to this hotel. This people are bunch of liers. Plus lady receptionist in this hotel is absolutely non co operative

The stay was very comfortable. The housekeeping supervisor Mrs Sweta was very helpful and and responded to all our very politely and did her job fantastically. Mr Arun also did his job very nicely and answered our calls very politely. Room was super clean.!!!

Excellent rooftop restaurant cum bar on Jawharlal Nehru Road in Ashok Nagar, near Hot Chips on the main road.Very breezy atmosphere with good old songs on a big TV screen with decent hygiene.The free snacks served were too many and too good for a bottle of drink ordered.I especially liked the Rasa Vada, Sundal, mixture, Salad. All snacks were free, tasty & unlimited. Prices are very affordable for the great quality of snacks, food and service.Both non-veg & veg combo tiffin are served at just Rs 170 each. The rest rooms/washbasins are pretty clean and odourless.A good restobar for a group of 2-4 friends to enjoy any evening. Recommended.🔥👍

Stayed In Gokulam Park, Ashok Nagar Chennai. Certainly not for family stay. May be for bachelors or couples. The rooms are also small for that price. Charging points were bad and had to use a multiplug to charge our phones. There is no 2 +1 bed occupancy to stay incase if you are going with a family and an adult... Buffet not that great.. Average food. The only advantage is the hotel is located in the heart of the city. Overall not value for money.

We had stayed in this hotel and The hotel was beautiful and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They went out of their way consistently to provide us with anything we asked for, and in many cases things we did not even ask for. I would most definitely recommend this hotel and will certainly stay there again. Thanks to all the staff...

Nice place to have a get to gather with family.. the ambience of the restaurant is very good, its less crowded that mean people understand its not good but its is opposite. The food they sever is affordable also quality and taste is very good. These week they had Kari virunthu festival it was very good... Kudos

I stayed here for a night with family. Facilities which they provided was appriciatable. Completely hotel was very neat and clean. Each and every employee was very polite friendly and quick responsive.Complimentry breakfast was really too good. Many options were there for breakfast. Food tasted so yummy. Both south Indian and north Indian foods were available. Restaurant located on top of the hotel with city view.There are few concerns that should be taken care by management. When we went out after locking the door, room cleaning people came inside room without our permission and cleaned the room completely. It is not good to Open and clean our room when we were not present inside the room and we kept our belongings inside the room. All our belongings were safe even though i felt it should not be done without our permission when we had gone out.Another concern is people Who stayed in 2 floor near by elevator, started smoking just near by the elevator where there was a window. Due to lot of smoke smell couldnt even stand for a while near by the elevator when we wanna use it. Felt like shposticated. Please dont allow such a customers to smoke in corridor. They could smoke inside their room or on top of the hotel resturent.Other than this evevething was good. Overall We enjoyed our stay.

Visited this hotel for a small meeting. Courtesy of staff, beginning at the entrance, onwards, customer service, and restuarant were very good. Located close proximity to Ashok Pillar, easily accessible and visible. The lounge however was very having restricted seating, a tardy insufficient. Otherwise 👍

Gokulam Park is centrally and strategically located in Ashok Nagar.It is very nearby to Police Training information College, Ashok Pillar Junction, Ashok Nagar Post Office etc.It is well connected to and nearby to Ashok Nagar Metro, Ashok Nagar Pillar Bus Stops where you can get metro buses as well as long route buss to southern districts of Tamil Nadu.The hotel has attached restaurant and serving staff are warm and polite.The reception staff are good and helpful.Meeting hall also available and roof garden restaurant good and fine environment. Adjacent corporation park adds its beauty and environmental mood.Sufficient parking facilities are available and wallet parking facilities are available.

Good place for a small meeting/conference

The receptionist Thomson made our stay miserable. He was uncourteous and acted completely disinterested while we continued to provide the information he requested. Maybe hotel is great for men, but if youre a couple please carry copies of a your marriage proofs to convince this gatekeeper that youre in fact married. The hotel facilities are good.

It was a decent hotel to stay as location was in city and easily accessible . The soap, toothpaste , shampoo , shaving kit were of very small quantity and brand. only be towel was provided, had to request for more persons in room . Water bottle was chargeable . Check in and check out was quick. Breakfast buffet was good. LCD TVs was of small size.window was big and good quality of sunlight during day. Nice luggage rack. Simple bathroom. In house food was good but took a long time to arrive.

Very good hotel. Reasonable room rates. Neat & Tidy rooms. About 25mins from Anna International Airport. Friendly staff. Breakfast buffet is included & served on the Top floor, where you get to see the city around & get some fresh air. Lunch in rhe ground floor restaurant is also good. I had mutton biriyani. It was filling, mutton was tender and tasty. There is a train station about 10 mins away from the hotel. However a few things needs improvement such as, Plug sockets need to be repaired. They are a bit wobbly & room service should be improved. I had to as 3 guys to get a water bottle in the room.

Hotel room is small but very cleanly maintained. Location is central, walkable to Metro station. It is also very close to the famous Hotel Saravanaa Bhavan, and one can get hot coffee at 545am within 2 minutes walk from this hotel. Overall good value for money.
