Worst experience in Port Blair. In port blair our tour co-ordinator is Mr. Pandey Raj was not helpful and update every thing at the last time. So we missed cellular jail & Baratang.Mr. Pandey Raj told that baratang is closed in 25 th September but i knows that baratang is open on that day. Waste a day by sitting in hotel. Dont trust these people blindly.Waste of money & time.Driver not arrived on time.

Pls dont trust these people.Company serves to give best but there agents are very selfish.A customer thinks he will be safe n secure by booking packages from them, but these agents just betray them and befool them.I didnt have a good experience with them.Its better to do every booking from your end instead of trusting these people bcoz these are only money makers and leave u feeling like being cheated for sure. At Andamans there agents like Mr.Shakti, Mr.Raghu and all... These are highly non-cooperative and befool you. Pls avoid such things. And dont book scuba from them.. they are just money makers and befooling you. They are just looting the customers money, not there hearts. I will even lodge a consumer complaint against them. You people pls be aware from them and take care of yourselves.Dont trust these people blindly. Thanku!

The experience was awesome...Everything was very timely managed. We were a group of 90+ people and Faraway assured that each one of us takes back good memories. They arranged the timely food, visits and gave us a complete hassle free experience....I highly recommend them.

Very professional tour agency. Overall it was a great sight seeing experience. Personal guide was given everyday and drivers were punctual with proper knowledge of local areas. Hotels were good enough with good gastronomy options. Veg and non veg options have been taken care off. Sight seeing options were very good. Overall it was good experience!!😊

We enjoyed the most amazing holiday at Andaman and Havelock with Faraway Tree. Theyd planned our timeline well and have the most polite and respectful staff. Our itinerary, tickets, etc were secured on time and the organisers were in constant touch with us throughout the trip. We obviously spent a lot of time travelling with their polite and respectful drivers, Mr. Anil at Port Blair and Mr. Ranjith at Havelock. Great service by them both. Mr. Anil even took us to a book store since wed requested. Wonderful!

Terrible experience. Never travel with this group. They treat you like animals. Their transport never arrives in time.We booked a tour to Andaman. After the visit to the Cellular jail, we had to wait for more than 40 minutes for the bus to arrive to take us back to the hotel.On our arrival back from a tour to Havelock islands, all of us were taken to a shop instead of to the hotel. We were told to wait at the shop for an hour. When we asked them to drop us at the hotel immediately, they promised to get a vehicle, but we had to wait from 6.55 pm to 7.45 pm, wasting our valuable time.The itinerary was also not properly planned. We had to waste a whole day on 18th Feb except for a short trip to the anthropological museum.To be fair, their hotels are nice with courteous staff and excellent food.However, Andaman is an excellent place to visit. Please plan at least s 6-7 day visit.😊😊My advice to my friends is to never travel with this group.

Overall experience was good. Tour Managers Mr. Arasu was very helpful and Mr. Roy and Mr. Giri were equally good. We had a pleasant stay. All drivers were very good. Thumbs up!

Omg! No office just oppened in an apartment and the manager is rediculous dont know how to talk to the employees. I never refer my friends nor ask any1 to go via faraway.

We visit andaman nicobar in last week. It was excellent tour. All the staff of faraway were very nice particularly Mr. Roy. drIver Mr. Sundarvelu was also very helpfull and particular. All hotels ( at port Blair, Havelock and Neil islend were very nice ) overall we had excellent tour with FARAWAY TREE.

If any one is planning for a trip to ANDAMAN ISLANDS one should definitely consult FARAWAY TREE team because the itinerary made by @Akshay Shah and the whole tour guidence given by Mr. Roy was the best.I had a great experience via this touring company... Their arrangements were really good and ensured not much hassles happened... We got drivers Mr. Mukesh who was much cooperative ... The tour operators who joined us during the visits were really good too... Every day feedbacks was taken at the end of the day and the accommodation arranged at Hotel TSG Emerald View, Port Blair & TSG Blue Resorts, Havelock was great as well... For my first trip to Andaman the itenary was awesome as they ensured I would be having a 2nd trip to here as well... Great place... Great people... Worst experience with your team. From the first day experiencing lot of problems. I myself took the tickets of cellular jail. Why I should took tickets when I paid you. When asked Roy about the same, he gave me a cheapy reply that parking here cost Rs. 2000. Who said u came by car ?? And whatever be the reason its your problem to manage.In Havelock, at hotel TSG, cluster rooms booked instead of cottage. Why this happens when I paid for cottage ? Also in the whole day nobody from your team came and ask for the same. I myself convince the hotel manager to provide the cottage. Its your duty to provide the same.When the checkout timing @ early morning, then why dont you provide jetty/cruise in the morning or if not then mention some leisure activities in the morning in itinerary. You spoiled one whole day for the same. Your travel planning / itinerary is worst ever I have seen. Even Karthik misbehaved with us for the same.You & Your team know the scuba diving rates ? Because your team at Havelock told me Rs. 3500. Shakti came in the hotel & told me same rate. When I refused to do scuba at this rate & told the other couples to not go with this rate with Faraway. Then Shakti bargain them the same Scuba with Rs. 3000. LOL. What does it mean ? You & Your team earn some amount in Scuba or some water activities or either you are making fool of us or other couples.When told the same above problem to Dev, he gave me his phone number & told me to came next time NOT with Faraway, came directly & he will offer the same package with less amount. LOLS.In Neil, Nothing work as per itinerary. The person named Tarak Mandal arranging the trip with his own convenience. Nothing worked as per itinerary. Pathetic Experience with Faraway.In Port Blair at hotel TSG Grande, after check-in @ 20:00 Hrs, Roy came to transfer me to some other hotel. Are u making fool of us to change hotel at any time & Why I change when I paid for hotel TSG Grande.How you miss to spoil the last day too ?? No photo from your side as a gift after reminding the same to Roy at hotel when he came for feedback form. Roy told me that you will get the photo in the morning & Anand will gave it to you. In the morning when asked Anand for the same, he replied that Roy doesnt respond after telling him so many times.Very Cheaply thing Mr. Akshay, you people dont even provide coconut water after mentioning in the itinerary. Although it does not cost more, but make a cheap & big negative point from your side.I never recommend anyone to faraway & if you wish to choose you will spoil all your money.They dont even wrote my feedback on their website.

Thiefs, gave elephant beach as an option to visit though they knew that the beach is closed for 1.5 months due to bad weather. No alternate given and took extra money for any other sight seeing that we planned. Cheap people
