Its a great place for morning/evening walk around the manmade pond in the park... it has space for exercise and includes children play area.. you have shed to sit and while time...

Weird that jogging is not allowed in this park. The exercise equipment make creaking noise. On complaining they did some repairs, it continues though.

This park has an additional attraction of a pond which is brimming at present because of the recent rains with ducks swimming around in it. There is also a good covered area which people use for yoga or just to relax.The park is well maintained. Jogging however is disallowed.

I go for my evening walks to this lovely park around 4:30 pm ... By then there is very less crowd. The breeze and the silence while being on my own here makes me feel good and peaceful. If you are looking for a place to enjoy your evenings. Check in!!

Nice place for elders walking. Kids enjoy watching ducks and rabbits. A pond with plenty of red lotus is a feast to eyes. Zym and children play ground available (useful even though small).An open hall for doing yoga and floor exercises. Maintaining cleanly. Overall best place to keep body and mind fit for elders and kids.Thanks to Chennai corporation for providing such public amenity.

My golden memories are here, I used to spend quality time with my kid and family, Miss you park and cute little Ducks... I used to see Comedian Mylsamy Sir here... Such a kind hearted dude, he ll bring bread and feed this birds almost everyday...

Pond need cleaning

A Corporation of Madras initiative, this park is widely used by people of all age groups. Theres a pond right at the centre with a couple of ducks charming the visitors who come to walk, do exercises and also have some fun.One of the improvements that Corporation of Madras who maintains this park should do, is to level the footpath so that its easy for those who walk.

The walking track is well maintained. As its peak summer in Chennai. The small pond inside the park is dry. If its filled with water then would be very beautiful and serene.

Best place to relax

A good place for elderly people for morning walk. Ladies are 100% safe. Well lit in the night upto 8.00 pm. The pond in the middle is the attraction for this park. Children s play area is cramped. A small are is allotted for exercising. Yoga hall is a boon for all age group. The maintenance is also extremely good. Enough stop over benches are provided. The walkers path is well paved. Thanks to Chennai Corporation.

I have been a regular visitor to this place. Its a very calm quite place. If you are health conscious person then its ideal to come here because it has a walking track.

A mid sized and well maintained one of the park around Saligranam. Recently toilet is accessible inside the park.
