Great place to watch 3D movies. The seats and AC keeps us comfortable till the end. I havent faced any issues till now. They clearly follow Covid-19 protocol. The restroom are clean.

Very good experience, best theater in chennai, hospitality is very good. Not so crowded unlike before corona times. Strict corona rules followed mask compulsory. Social distancing is maintained. Very big theater with lot of screens. Very neatly maintained. Very nice theater. Must visit for watching movies.

Used to be our adda every weekend for movies, before covid. Glam appeal and easily among the best in class for the movie experience, food, seating comfort and service.Would be interesting to see how the post covid situation would be.

Great ambiance, a very good screening and out of this place. I Spended my lot of times especially on weekends and holidays personal meetings shared happiness, entertainment, chill-out, fun-filled, everything was happened here this place holding a special place of my memories. But cost of purchasing is not affordable for everyone.i always grateful for this place

Movie experience was good, but popcorn is losing its quality compared to how good it used to be, soft drinks, I taste fanta in a coke, soft drinks are getting mixed up, sucks

Had a good experience and of course popcorn was the top notch.They serve the toppings in sachets.I recommend not to try chicken burger as it wasnt hot when they served and I didnt like the stuffing they added with it.Try cream bun, its worth it.I watch Kamali from Nadukaveri few months back.

A movie theatre with the most grand appearance.. its a very tidy place with clean and comfortable seats.

Good mall but worst parking price.. I went to doctor film today and parking for the movie cost me around Rs.120! If the parking costs like this... Next time I would rather go to INOX in same arcot road where same cinema experience with free parking!

Theatre is neat. But seats in screen 2 is leather type and it gets hot in the butt cheeks. Its like cold in the upper body and hot in the back.

Nice mall located in centre of Chennai... Adequate shops and food court is nice... IMAX screen (one of the two in Chennai) in palazzo is a plus... Wheelchair facility is available in both mall and theatre... Employees were politeNot able to find more elevators, only two elevators in the mall centre(there could be more but didnt find)

Worst food counter maintenance, no proper hygienic conditions & whole food counter is a mess, to be honest Old management had wonderful maintenance in terms of everything & they gave pleasant experience, current team has to re work their SOP completely & maintain standard quality, thats a wonderful place please dont spoil it.

The seats in theatre are comfortable and clean, they are sanitising the theatre frequently. Audio quality also good.

Compared with the last visit SPI Palazzo cleanliness has improved probably due to less crowd and Covid protocol implementation. Theatre was near empty. Ticket purchase was seamless usually I buy from Bookmyshow app. But this time when I check the convenience fees which was 300 rupees for booking tickets which is equal to a single tickets price decided against buying from Bookmyshow app. Bought food and drink from the counter again seamless got it delivered to the seat.

One awesome place for movie lovers. Screen size is big and you can obviously enjoy. Their popcorn and other snacking goods are nice. Went here for many movies with friends and colleagues. Perfect weekend spot.

All the screens are big unlike other cinemas where most screen are like home theaters. The imax here is extraordinary with amazing sounds.

A branch of Sathyam cinemas now owned by pvr, similar to all theaters but the one thing is it has imax screens for immersive movie experience. Ambience and services is similar to Sathyam as before incomparable and excellent. Best sounding theaters compared to other brand cinemas

Neat and well kept place.. if you need fun under a roof, this place is good.. cinema, food, shopping.. to spend some time with friends or family too.But remember to carry your debit card or money, as its too tempting.. if you have self discipline, then you could have a great time window shopping. The items ae costly too but worth the comfort..Parking is good at the mall, but might take a little longer than expected..

Best place in Chennai for cinemas. Excellent screen quality and nice sound effects. Great atmosphere and very polite staffs. Multiple times I have reached to their Watsapp assistance number for sound issues, 3d glass problems and it gets addressed quickly. Excellent customer service. 👍

Place is quite amazing. Nice kind of gesture. There are games for kids & couples have coffee shops and restaurants which create pleasant feel. I think cost is little high when compared to other malls only in terms of food. Others are budget friendly

Appreciation post for staff// I was at screen 6 watching come play 6:55 pm show on 09.12.2020 and a customer was continuously talking on phone. I reported it to authorities and they took swift action. One staff was there till the movie finished to monitor the usage of phones. I tried to thank him for his swift action but as soon as movie ended, he proceeded for other duties. Hope this post reaches him, we need sincere staff like him to keep disturbing customers in check. Thank you !

Going to this place after a very long gap of like nine months. For someone who likes the movie on big screen experience this was something i was looking forward to . The screens are still having low patronage due to lack of big local language releases and of course covid fears. As far as I noticed today , they follow the SOP of temperature check and face masks . There are see thru separator screens at ticket n food counters . No physical ticket is issued and tkts are sent thru mobile . There is adequate foot pedal operated sanitizing stations covering the entire floor premises. There are also contact less automatic sanitizer dispensers placed at the rest rooms for added precaution . Lets see how things pan out

Part of Satyam cinemas and now it comes under PVR groups.People often visit here to try their famous popcorns.This has one of the two IMAX screens in chennai city right now.The theaters, restroom, are well maintained.Ticket price is nominal.Tip: Unlike other movie halls, they dont check ur bags here.

🙂 Best ticket booking experience - quick and fast with good service. The theatres are extremely clean, cosy and good screens/sound systems. The food is also the best - popcorn must try and some chat items too. Restrooms cant be any better 👌 there is power bank if needed for free to use during the movie time (for first few times I think) and you can even ask for blanket if its too cold for you.😔You will have to experience the forum mall parking which is extremely irritating. Use only the premium Parking - there can be an option from SPI to waive the parking fee to a certain extent. Also, the seats can be better - not the original Sathyam cinemas quality or comfort. You cant push it back enough and its quite slippery to sit too.

I recently visited the place to watch a movie in IMAX. The show was cancelled due to technical issues. We were made to stand at least for 40 mins, and were informed about the show being cancelled.The quality of the food was also poor. The popcorn damped in butter, soggy cream doughnut. I was really disappointed by the food. Really a distastrous weekend. I kindly request SPI cinemas to look into the issues because it was one of the quality places my family visited to spend a weekend.

Best cinematic experience in chennai near Koyembedu circle. Wonderfull interiors , quality of the sound system is amazing. The best thing is the punctuality very sharp in timing maintanance. The best of all theaters. Little pricer for middle class people , but justifying the price for 1 movie a month

Booked a ticket in IMAX for godzilla vs kong movie. The show was cancelled due to some technical issue and no prior intimation given to me. Horrible customer service. I have not experienced the same with SPI cinemas. Once PVR bought SPI all these happens. I really hope PVR will make sure this never happens in future.
