The worst experience of my life. I got a TCL 55 TV here and thats how my problem started. To be honest hats off to GIRIAS showroom and their coordination in delivering a product as compared to SATHYA agency and its vendors. It all started with my address proof and went down to the techs who came to install the tv from TCL (Worst people) I regret so much for getting TCL brand just cos of the two techs who came. Then raising a complaint with the customer care services then they mixing up my address again. 😐😐Total Worst experience and services!! I am very angry and will never refer anyone to Sathya or TCL EVER!!!.

Visited Porur Sathya today morning.For Dish Washer,no proture available and Bosh model stock in warehouse.What is this.Took my contact and told me will Wattsapp,but in vain,waiting,waiting only.Businesseans customer satisfaction.Managers should visit some mobile showrooms and must look,how they are doing business and grabing the customers,just entering showrooms.

No response or care on who are enquiring over the phone, i dont know how the management keeps such kind of people. Its very difficult to visit the shop for all the enquiries...

I believe executives in this branch does not have interest to work for the owner. When customer requests a particular brand information and ready to buy, executives does not pay interest. They simply say we will get back to you.... but they dont have courtesy give a call back.Even when customer tries to follow up with the executive, they dont even attend the call. It is surprising that the executive recommends the customer to buy from other shops.God only have to save the business owners.

We bought fridge in Satya and it got delivered in 3-4 days but there are dents on the side, so we asked them to replace the fridge and they said 10 working days but still they didnt delivered new fridge and they wont respond for calls and after keep on calling them, they said we will give another model but still they under rated fridge and not even responded.. 3 times they delivered wrong fridge.Very bad serviceVery disappointment

Have the bill safe and the warranty card filled out by the service personnel.
